Have you been following the OPU bashing going on elsewhere? Simmo's comment was nothing, and your name wasn't even mentioned like it has been elsewhere.
yes, I have and I won't comment here out of respect for Bryan. It shouldn't even have been mentioned.
I represent the OPU therefore it was a shot at all of us.
I love simmo....and was shocked at that comment actually.

THIS ENDS HERE. NO MORE COMMENTS ABOUT IT.
Simmo, you can PM me...if you want to yell at me LOL

OUT OF RESPECT FOR BRYAN..keep this off this board.

It's ok Simmo..LOL
You're one of my favorites here and it's one of the reasons I come by each day actually~~~

In fact, it is illegal to record a call without the other party being privy to it.
No, It is perfectly legal to record a telephone conversation in the UK with the consent of one of the parties. In the US, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington require the consent of all parties, the other 38 states and DC don't.

I live in the U.S.

well there ya go I couldn't have recored the conversation without breaking the law. And I am no law breaker. So what can I do Casinomeister? I had no defense because there was none to be obtained legally. Now is that fair to me? You asked for proof from me that I could not provide because I am a law biting citizen and will not break the rules. Like a few have said replying to this post I was trapped and done wrong and that just ain't right at all. And the sad part is it will happen again and again to other people. And yeah the even-steven comment is a joke. Not being paid my 900 in winnings is outrageous and not even-steven. Just because they gave me my deposit back doesn't make it right. Still can't believe one "who is for the player" said that. Here I am a customer of a business that allows me to play at their casino and gives me a bonus and I follow their T and C and when I go to withdraw they tell me everything will be ok and they delay and delay and delay some more to finally they just stiff me. And bring up lies and eventually just don't pay me a dime. Even tried keeping my deposit for a few months until the casinomeister came along and helped me out and got it back for me.

I am mad at these crooks and will be forever. How could I not they stole my 900 in winnings. And justice has not been served and probably will not.

As far as apoligizing. Your even-steven comment was uncalled for. And the dealing with shit like this? Isn't this what this website is all about? You helping the player because he has been stiffed? So what shit are you talking about? Is it me ranting and raving about being robbed by the casino? Isn't this s public forum where I am allowed to express my feelings about crooked casinos?

You are a watchdog and have helped many of players out. And I appreciate that. But when a player has been robbed and is angry why piss him off further? That makes it look like you are defending the casino? Which I hope you are not because they're 100% in the wrong.

The only legal proof that I could have provided I did. I sent a chat script using another person and proved that the casino were indeed crooks and would rip this person off just like me. If Montana doesn't see this then RTG must be filling their pockets up pretty heavily. It was plain as day in that chat script.

Well thank you all for your replys and thanks Casinomesiter for working on this. I didn't get paid in the end and probably will never see a dime ever. But I will bad mouth these crooks till the day I die! Because robbing 900 in winnings from a person just isn't right at all.

never had a problem

To be honest with you Simmo I never had a single problem with a RTG casino until this one. And I was sent an e-mail one day and had no idea that it was a Curran casino or else I would of stayed FAR FAR FAR FAR away!!! I heard he was a bad man in the casino industry. And like many others found out the hard way....

Tdoggy - sorry you lost your $900 winnings. But I have to ask: you're a regular poster here, been around a while and you know the score with these casinos so why on earth were you playing there in the first place?

Tdoggy,

You carelessly endangered your money at a "risky" casino and Casinomeister recovered it for you.

Your evidence of wrongdoing...while crystal clear conclusive in your mind...is hearsay to everyone else because it was verbal.

Customer Service Reps are often ill-informed, busy, lazy, new, or a combination of all. Your friend's chat has nothing to do with your case...except to prove that particular CSR was wrong.

The email is your friend...use it. Casinos do take the players part when confronted with email confirmation.

The $900 is gone...time wasted...lesson learned...concentrate on the $100 you recovered.

Good luck,

the dUck

Tdoggy, you win! I've given you a free two-day virtual vacation to any online destination of your choice except the Casinomeister Forums.

Maybe after you come back from your lovely vacation, you will understand what the word "apologize" means. Or maybe Casinomeister will call you back early from your vacation.

Either way, you need a break to clear your head.

what happend to....????

Duck he was careless but after that I disagree with you. First off they sent him a e-mail with the offer. Then he get the OK from a company employee over the phone and later on the company again gives a friend the OK to do the new player bonus even after they know what Tdoggy is alleging, I guess they still hadn't trained the CRS's right?. All the while they had approved his withdrawal and told him everything was OK and he would be paid any day. I see the transcript as damning evidence against this casino and the CRS being ill-informed, busy, lazy, or new is a complete joke of an excuse. If this was civil case based on the preponderance of the evidence Tdoggy gets my vote. The casino here is at least 51% in the wrong and probably more like 80% wrong.

dman2,

You have me at a disadvantage...I have not read the invitation email.

I'll tell you this though...I get a lot of invitations I'm not eligible for.

I think Tdoggy is very lucky (thru Bryan's efforts) he got his deposit back. I'm not for this casino...I don't deposit at this group. As a matter of fact...there's alot of casinos I would never play. I have a personal "rogue" list. I don't go out of my way to slam anybody...but they'll never get any of my money.

My "bad" CSR example was not an excuse...it was a fact...to encourage him to get email confirmation next time...and hopefully do a little research.

RTG and Montana won't make the casino pay the $900...Bryan is at a deadend without more evidence.

It's over, dude.

Ad nauseum, here is the list:

Crystal Palace
High Rollers Lounge
Vegas Riches
Americas Online
American Grand Casino
Golden Nile Casino
Lucky Coin Casino
Lucky Pyramid Casino
Royal Circus Casino
Vegas Frontier Casino
Betmax

The point about Five Roses is very interesting. So basically what is happening is this (and it's just an extension of the personalised promo non-eligibility trick):

All the casinos changed names - Friend Whatshisname didn't want the bad rep of the Jurgens Goldencomps empire; players then had no idea that American Grand - or whichever - was in fact the old Five Roses; those players who were incautious enough not to check got their new accounts plus bonuses, with the losers losing and the winners getting their deposits back etc etc; but ALSO, like Tdoggy, those players who WERE cautious enough to check were lied to - they were told they could have new accounts and new bonuses; the losers lost, and the winners, like Tdoggy, got their deposits back with winnings stolen, yada yada yada.

Yeah, no wonder Friend Whathisname is rolling in the greenbacks - this is some almighty scam he's cornered the market with.

You're barred at one, you're not bonus-entitled at ANY. BUT this doesn't stop him spamming you with personalized emails from his other operations: $2000, $5000 bonuses - the lot.
Looks like I unterestimated his vision: it's "super bonus" weekend at the W.C. casinos: 300% bonuses up to...wait for it...$6000.

Bear in mind you'll never see a cent of your winnings if your dumb enough to play at these places.

bottom line

Well the bottom line is I got screwed and will never play at any of these casinos again. In fact I may never play at a RTG casino again. I don't like being done wrong and I was. I think the Casinmeister for his help in recovering my 100 dollar deposit. And his work is much appreciated by me and several others who play or have played at online casinos. But in the end it is sad that scum like this casino gets away with screwing me and several other people out of winnings and nothing is done. Very sad.

Got a question how is American Grand not on the rogue list here? Shouldn't they at least be under watch? Whats going on with that?

IU have learned my lesson. I can guarantee that. And to those who don't know don't fall for the scam that I did. Stay far, far away from any Curran casinos. I agree with the list that was posted a few messages ago.
