What details can a gaming provider provide to the casino ?

Hi Meisters,

For those of you who have been playing for a long time on online casinos, and those who have contacts within the gaming industry/service providers / casino representatives; I hope you can provide some information.

Do gaming providers provide excel sheets to the casino regarding a players bets and wins ?
Can gaming providers provide ip details and systems details when a bet was placed ?

I'm in a situation where the casino states I have over bet during bonus play, and evidence also exists on system logs, but I'm 100 % certain I did not bet.
What can I requests from the casino / or via a third party to prove that I did not over bet ?

Microgaming still does, the rest all have a backoffice, ow microgaming too not to downgrade them or so

Im also receiving excel reports from novomatic, but thats just a summary of previous day.
The problem in your case I guess is that games do not place a bet on its own, it requires human interaction.

Thanks for your reply. The gaming provider in regards to this is Pragmatic Play.
My game was set on auto play mode. For a few seconds/minutes, game had an internal error and frozen spinning in the backround with a message. I simply refreshed the page and made sure my bet was perfect, and then kept playing again on autoplay.

Is there a chance someone internally can place a bet on the players behalf ?

I could be wrong, but a recent investigation into UFC fight fixing led to a chap being involved with taking over player accounts to make bets at a dodgy casino.

I only scanned the article, but it clearly mentioned taking over players accounts to place bets.

The information you are looking for the casino has itself so don't need to ask the provider for it, since the casino controls the wallet balance, meaning the amount you see on the site and in the game. They have to register each bet and each win on their site. Actually, most providers will not know if you are playing with bonus money or real money, only the casino knows this since they just send bet amount and balance to the provider.
