Ball on 12, yet 28 got paid. A programing error, a mechanical error, or....? Could the casinowebcam technician give an explanation?

I see the ball on the 12 but I don't see where number 28 was paid nor what YOUR bet was. You probably should have taken another screen shot showing number 28 was in the history board where number 12 should be.
