Been in their VIP club since April/May 2015. Currently level 54. Yearly deposits: 2015 - 19K, 2016 - 42K in AUD

Initially every player depositing over 7K/year would get the VIP invitation. This was when they started the program. Pretty sure they increased that number significantly by now since they managed to amass such a huge following in the short time they've been around.

VIP unfortunately does not mean much at VS. There are no automatic perks that come with that status such as VIP cashback, increased bonus offer, comps etc.. To this day I have never ever ever ever received a promo email from VS with a VIP offer, not once.

Hence, I do the same as everywhere else. I ask the VIP host after having had a few dreadful sessions. Kenny has been quite helpful and generous, albeit it reduced in the past months. Usually 50-100% of the last deposit as bonus with 20-25x WR has become 25-50 Free Spins lately. The mother of all was this Monday, 20FS on DOA @ 0.09$, what a perk that was for $500 in lost deposits in the previous week.

I strongly recommend casinos that do weekly VIP Cashback on deposited amounts:
- Rizk - 10% cash or 15% bonus,
- Betat/Slotty - 20-30% cash or 1x WR, minimum weekly wagering required - $5,000

I guess as their client base grows the criteria to become a "true" VIP will change so it gets more difficult for the likes of us compared to the big players (that don't hang around forums such as these) to deserve the attention of the VIP department that we like (and perhaps expect) to have.

What you have to understand is that VS is a zero-risk casino. Thats why you will never get anything other than bad cs and you will always be in a -EV position.

The cashback is around 0,5% of your wagers and the race has a very flat payout structure (marginal utility gets lower for every spin). You dont even have to run that bad for their loyalty program to become awful. Their hold% of the cb and race money must be extremely high.

Must give them credit for a genius business model for a casino. Eliminate the risks that comes with deposit bonuses and make sure most of what is given in cashback and race money is played back.

It is a very good casino tough, especially if you deposit around 100/week and prefer to play without bonuses.

Your rewards are there but it is lowrollers who benefit the most from them . If I have a decent balance I won't bother playing the freerolls because with 500 players entering a battle paying 1000 freespins it doesn't take a maths genius to realise that on average you will win 2 freespins or 20p worth Similarly , the casino race is a bit of money at the end of the week but if you are spinning in £s and not pence then the amount you ever win from the casino race is miniscule in comparison to the amount you wagered . Because it's quite easy to get £5-£20 back from the race but it's basically impossible to win the bigger prizes unless you set autoplay on quickspin 24/7 . You can do that at 20p spins but noone is doing that at £2+ spins unless they want to lose a lot of money.

My highest CB was close to $250 and the highest Race reward was $140. So definitely sums that some would consider worth withdrawing, even i did withdraw once a part of my cashback.

TBH, I don't want Videoslots to change, it is the best place for "cash preferred" players like me (add the upcoming Rizk to make it 2). I have no interest whatsoever in getting deposit bonuses at VS where I have to start reading T&C's again, think of max. bet, restricted games, etc. and they have to probably scale down the 'wager free' rewards.
