What are ALL, the deposit options for American players?

Hiya: There are 30 Accredited Casinos listed on this site, plus a lot more, Good, Casinos listed on other affiliate sites with people who post here. So, what are, "ALL", the different deposit methods available for use, from the USA?

Neteller, Moneybookers, Click 2 pay, all no longer allow transactions from the USA.

This leaves:
E Wallet Xpress. Bank to e wallet to casino.
Use my Wallet: Quick Tender. bank or debit card to QT to Casino.

What other, "Working" Options are there? and, How do you use them? What does NOT work? Does using a prepaid visa from Wallmart work, using the Visa deposit option at a casino?

The Idea here is to make a list of options, the process used for that option, and then pairing those options with the Casino's listed on this site, and even other Good Casino's.

Now we would have a thread, "maybe a sticky" that would look like this.

Hiya, Sorry i guess I'm a noob..........hehe, as i have no idea what you are reffering to. My idea was, "Not to have to snoop around", or go to Every site, or to get a bunch of pre paid debit cards, or try many different money processors, all just to figure out what works best, and what does not.

So, I hearby Change my request to this:

If you are in the Know, could YOU PM me with the information. I have a QT account thru 3dice. Can i use, "use my wallet, QT, at lucky red, as example?
What if i do not like e wallet xpress or QT? What can i use, and where?

last year, when I was in the US,

I used PIC Club, which is a webwallet and it works with almost all Visa/Master/Amex Card.
The bad thing about it, they take up to 30 days to pay a withdrawal (by ceck or WU).
Deposits are however simple and instant, theyve got a great live support and they support some cool Casinos, Bingosites and Pokerrooms.

How about Paysafecard?
I personally could easily buy it for Webmoney (eastern-oriented payment system, very popular in Russia, Belarus, Ukrain and other CIS countries).
So, there is you can do:
1. Register new WebMoney account
2. Add money with your CC, or just exchange it for any e-currency: Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) (this link is for example)
3. Buy Paysafecard using Webmoney, and deposit to any casino you want.

I think it could work. Correct me if I'm mistaken.
