the reason for the software fault?/

they had a big winner no doubt and where amazed as it should have been impossible as it is rigged quick ahouted waters think of an excuse ermm ermmm the winner was using a mac arrr thats it a software fault on mac pc's phew send the winner a $1 check and say sorry

now wheres my screwdriver lets make sure no one wins again

I am very sure that your aware about the " derogatory email" that you send
out to some of our licensees about GS. Unfortunately, instead of choosing to
bring this issue alone with GS, you've chose to air your concerns in public,
by making this unfounded and wild allegations about GS. You have recieved a
response from David James about this, but basically what you did is a clear
breach of our partnership, something that we can not tolerate. Our systems
department also found out that you are intentionally "redirecting traffic"
to another site. That is again a clear violation our partnership, which
gives us a more concrete reason to shut you down completely. Therefore, as
of this point I believe resolving your issues about your reconciliation as
of April is rather futile

Mr. Cardona,
There was nothing derogatory about that email that I sent. It was all true.
I was frustrated as I am now.
I have repeatedly requested of you, and your staff (who keep changing)
-why my site does not fully work; why I have never received any money from
you; and why my players don't have winnings sent to them
-why I have been shut out of my own back office, since I have asked
justifications of your reports to me
-why my site went down last week for several days, and I was unable to
contact any GSS staff about this occurrence
I have not breached your "partnership", and I resent your unnecessarily
harsh language to me.
I don't know what you are talking about when you allege that I "redirect
traffic". Why would I re-direct traffic from a site that I have spent
$100,000 on, and where the clientele consider the site a dud.
And you talk about "reason to shut me down": well what about first starting
me up.
It is an easy cop out to say that you do not wish to answer my repeated
questions to you. Quite simply you cannot, because you will be revealing
that you are cheating me.
Please be professional: stop quibbling unnecesarily with me, respond to my
not un-reasonable requests; and start making money for the both of us, and
then giving me my share of it.

Unfortunately, the only thing that seems to work with these folks is legal pressure.

Just received this. I can't believe Canada is going to let him back in the country. I'm sure there will be a few of their old licensees looking for him too. Good luck Mr. Waters, you are obviously a glutton for punishment.
