hi there,

I did win on sunday the 22th of june 2,200 us and requested a withdraw - until today, thursday the 27th - i got no money - even i didn´t get any mails from them. i play a long time at that casino group, but that really sucks, within 5 days no reply, no money and the online support always tells the same story......"sorry for delay, our finance dep. will get in touch with you...".

the week before i did win 900 us at slots jungle (yeah man, that casino belongs to winpalace and golden cherry), and i got my money within 4 days.

deckmedia group is accredited but slots jungle not, and even i got my money from slots jungle faster............

cheers

Check out recent threads - they've been paying slow lately, blaming processor issues and the rep has been absent or intermittent. It seems you will be paid, but it's a bit laborious at the moment.

@op:

Some casinos in Deckmedia group are accredited here, some of them are not.

May I ask which casino you have made your withdrawal at?

Have you asked their rep here? She was online two days ago, which means that she is active.

at Miami Club - and on monday i requested a withdrawl at Slots Capital about €2.800.- and didn' t get it yet,....

You will get your money sooner or later. Maybe after enough players have deposited to pay you. These look like signs of a struggling group.

More trouble to report. Still waiting on my 6/9 wd via an option (I'm in the us so have to be cagey) that should've been executed within seconds. It's now over 48 hours later, no transfer. They're "looking into it" with that company I won't name - as if it's going to be their problem; not likely and I've had a bear of a week, am on not-great pain meds after a fall, and I'm tired of this game, bigtime.

eta: I think it's time for Bryan to take notice of these posts. Everyone brushed it off when it was just us unfortunate "stateside" players - but now it's rippling across the pond as well.

Bryan can't follow every post in the forum. If you want him to take notice, flag the post or PM him

...still no money, but an excuse....

surprise, surprise,....I didn't get my money (not Miami Club, nor Slots Capital), but a mail, where I was told that they have " technical problems" with the cashier,......., but only for cash out, not for deposit,.....I Think...;-))) hopefully I will get my money (about 6,000uS).....

I rec'd my 2k wd from 6/9 today. It took some pressure, unfortunately, stay on them via email.

Good luck!

...miami paid 1,800......but....

...so, Miami Club paid 1,880 uS right now (2,200 was requested - 2,000 is maximum per week minus 120 bonus - so 200 still pending), but Slots Capital didn´t paid yet - but got an interesting mail: Dear Thomas,

Thank you for contacting us.

We must inform you that our manager is taking care of your issue. It is being investigated and you will receive an answer shortly.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,

Emma

....after this i asked the online support and was told that everything is fine with my account,so I´m still surprised what´s going on there...........the cash out request is still 2,800.00 Euro.
for an accredited casino this is indefensible.......in the meantime i requested 2,500.00 Euro at Golden Cherry Casino, I´m very curious who will be faster......?!?

I am pretty sure they have cashflow problems at the moment and only pay players selectively. However they haven't turned rogue yetso if one must play deposit the minimum required and spin at low bets. At this point they ultimately pay out but are clearly struggling. What will happen in a few months time nobody knows.

Casinos should be VERY careful when using such a generic explanation, after all, Purple Lounge had "technical issues" for over a month, with players who kept on at them getting paid through the personal intervention of the rep.

This is also a non-US case, so they can't use the UIGEA as an excuse. Neither should there be problems finding and maintaining a non-US facing processor.

This looks very similar to Rushmore and Lock, both of which are still operating, but clearly suffering a long term struggle.

2000 each week

Just wanted to add my experience here. I had a rather nice win on Miami and I have been getting $2000 wires each week consistently. I had some delays on smaller cashouts a few months ago, but these payments have been coming quite regularly.

I also find the chat operators extremely helpful and pleasant at Miami.

I have the same experience.

Slotocash, Miamiclub, Slots Capital... It used to be really good to get payouts from these casinos.

I got most of the times paid in 24 hours. Even during weekends, had some cashouts in 3-4 hours (even at Miami Club where they don'tmflush).

If this all didn't work i could contact the Rep here (Ms Sloto) and got "manually" paid quite fast...

Unfortunately for the last few it got worse.

They really try to reach out to me, even gave me a "personal" VIP Supporter, still it's not that awesome.

I made a withdrawal on Saturday morning of 300$. They told me there's no way to get it over the weekend... And today they told me that "Finance is off this monday", so yeah... Still too long for only 300$....

I really need to think about only play at casinos where i get paid in max 1 day...

I've still got a 480 wd that processed on the 26th of June from DN Rival that hasn't been deposited, which is kind of a surprise considering what I've been dealing with from my older withdrawal from Slots Cap Rival (the one I "thought" was resolved):

I had a 2k wd approved a month ago on June 9th. After much stalling they agreed to pay me via Western Union on June 25th. I was housebound at the time after a stupid accident so they sent it to my wife's name so she could pick it up. Finally on the 28th the WU transfer went through and she was able to pick one of the transfers up (split into two of 1k each). But the other one had an issue - according to WU her name was somehow out of order (think Mary Jane Doe instead of Jane Mary Doe). WU assured my wife all that was needed was for the other party to call and change the details, or to cancel the wire and start over. Now, a full week and a half later, all I get are generic replies such as "we'll forward this to WU and have marked it high priority" - indicating if anything is being done, it's being done via email, which is clearly not what WU says needs to happen. So that 1k is in limbo.

I've contacted Ms Sloto several times to no avail, she hasn't been online/active here since June 25th. Support is replying to emails at a snail's pace, never telling me anything except it's been marked as "high priority" - generally they answer an email a day or two after it's been sent - and not a single hint that they've contacted WU to resolve the situation.

I have to agree with Vinyl here - there seems to be cash flow issues, possibly exacerbated by staff reductions. I would personally avoid this group at present. Is it worth the stress?

Definitely not.

The issue with the WU transfer is confusing to me as the money is just sitting in the WU system, ready to be picked up, so why won't someone call and say "we need to change these details"? It's not a cashflow thing, as the money is already out of their pocket, so is it staffing? I don't get it. If it's a matter of using sketchy ways to send that money, damn, just call, give them the tracking # & amount, say you're the sender's name, and it's done - it's not like WU is going to make THEM send freaking scanned IDs. Frustrating as hell.

eta: Not gonna lie, hearing that SlotsLover is getting 2k a week deposited with no problem makes all of this doubly frustrating. I'm glad someone's getting paid with no problem, but wtf?

This is hardly the action one expects of a company dedicated to the customer experience. The reaction to a growing backlog should be, "Finance have been asked to do overtime this week, and will be working late Monday".

Clearing up non-US withdrawals should be easy, and there should be no delays. The US facing problem is well know, but if all it takes is the changing of some details over a phone call or email, this should not take more than a day, and certainly not a week and a half.

I would also expect someone high up to have come along here to explain just what is behind all these recent problems, and what is being done about it, and how long it will take for normal service to be resumed.

With nothing but silence on the matter, we can only presume that what is wrong is one of those things no company would EVER admit to their customers, and this leaves customers to assess the risk of continuing to do business within a vacuum of reliable information.

.....I got it...;-)))

hi there,

finally I got my money........;-)))) let´s give them another chance...;-))))

cheers

Miami Club? Maybe they have different financiel rules on their casinos... But i think its alerting when the rep is not really online a lot and everyone experiencing big delays and different answers from different support agents....

Lets see when i get paid...

I play quite rarely compared to my big times and stuff like this pisses me of even more... What does it hurt them if they pay quicker?? I don't get it!
