P.S. I also got one x450 hit on Moon Princess, and RTP feeling on PnG was also ok. (so not like most of casinos - their PnG rtp is down to 94.3%)

Update:

KYC done, then I asked for a withdrawal on VISA, rejected, I was told that I needed to do so through my bank's IBAN account, i veryfied IBAN (even i deposited with VISA). I requested 1200 EUR bank account withdrawal on Sunday night or Monday not sure (via IBAN).

Today hour ago i got message from my bank(on my phone) that i got 1177 EUR (all I have to do now is fill out the paperwork for the sender's name so i can get funds on personal account- that's some bank foolishness).

Overall, I've had a really positive experience with Bitdreams up to this point. For example, an IBAN withdrawal from another casino (BIG casino name) costed me 3*49 EUR for transfer fees on 3*200-240 EUR withdrawals over the course of two weeks, reducing my 600-700 EUR winnings to 450-470 EUR.

Good work for now @Bitdreams, even RTP feeling is very good!

*The one thing I didn't like is that I couldn't use my VISA card (deposit method) to withdraw money, but that's something I can live with.

Two things I don't like. 50X wagering on signup bonus and then just 7 days to make the playthrough. I usually deposit max so that would mean 750 X 50 = 37,500.00 to playthrough in just 7 days. Really could not enjoy my experience being rushed like that. Just won't work as I would need to play all day every day. Other than that I would join.

Unfortunately they seem to be already short on funds. I started playing there a few weeks ago and deposited without bonuses. Cahouts were timely, usually within 24 hours. However, on 17 May I requested a paltry 180 cashout but to date they havent paid though I contacted both live chat and Lady Jelena. Support said the financial department was flooded with requests and when I asked for a date I was told she didnt know and cannot promise anything. I was told to be patent. Apparently, they want me to reverse the amount and lose it back. Dont play there at the present moment. When I do get paid I shall let you guys know.

I do believe they are in financial trouble as its only a paltry $180 I am withdrawing. The request was made on 17 May and I was fully verified. This is the email I received from them on May 4 so its not about verification. This casino is being untruthful.

Every crypto I have played at in the past paid within minutes. Aside from one who wanted some very minimal KYC and even then it was just a few hours.

With the way Crypto casinos are set up - its a no brainer that payouts should be near instant back to the chosen wallet - when speaking only of crypto based d/w - so yeah no excuse for delays when dealing only with crypto currencies.

I hate casinos who try to delay payments. Even more, I detest casinos who do not tell the truth and it is evident they lie about why the cashout has not been processed yet. This is not a casino to be trusted.

Despite assurances to the contary I still havent been paid. I think its safe to say bitdreams casino is financiallly strapped. Avoid the casino at all costs.

This is hilarious. Why should I have to contact support (which I had twice previously) on a cashout request I made on 17 May. I am fully verified, deposited by bitcoin , didnt take any bonus and was told the finance department is overloaded and that there is no date for my cashout to be processed. This should be automatic so I am not going to spend any more time listening to this BS. I shall update the forum on my cashout status and allow potential players to be aware of the situation before depositing. To me, they are cash-strapped and cant even pay out a measly $180 in bitcoins.
