First of all, i want to say, i know that a Bonus is a "gift from the casino" and not something you can just get always. I also want to say that i would probably still continue to play at casinos when i get bonus restricted, EXCEPT they are RTG, because in my long time experience as a gambler i just need a big bankroll to survive in any RTG casino.

I played sometimes a iNetbet (occasionally), did only around 10 deposits the last few weeks, all resulting in loss. Deposited money around 600$. Yesterday after 10 deposits i finally made a cashout again (1200 USD), which was paid promptly. But then i received the E-Mail below. I get the point, yes i always used a bonus. But it's still funny to see, that they don't care that i've deposited 10 times without a win and still come back.... Besides this, i really had a good experience there, but i guess i have to move on, as i don't risk playing RTG without a bonus.... I only do that for Multi-Casinos, Rival oder MG

thanks for your message.

I agree, that i always took a bonus between 75 and 100% with a deposit. I didn't know these bonuses were only for special members. I thought because i always received promotion e-mails all the time, the casino wanted me to take those promotions.

Also i want to mention that before i had this withdrawal of 1200 USD, i did 10 deposits over the last few weeks of total USD 600.- without making a withdrawal.

Honestly, in my long time experience as a gambler, playing an RTG casino without a bonus is for me just not possible, as most of the games are way too high variance to even have a chance without a bankroll boost (just my experience).

So if i'm not allowed to use bonuses for my future deposits, feel free to close my account.

I still want to say THANKS for the the good customer support and the fast payouts i had.

Inetbet has never understood player retention. And it's funny that players always receive these bonus exclusion emails after a win. Too bad, Inetbet could be a great casino, but their ability to respect players is just a sad joke.

This is actually the first time I've seen a personal email about restricting bonuses.
For the last few years or since I started to play, the same automatic email have been sent out to all players.

This was refreshing, and I agree with them Hoff, I would have cut you off from bonuses too in case you didn't make any deposits without a bonus.

I think this has to be the first positive I've seen about them this year.
I have closed my account some time ago and I wouldn't play there, but still I have to say when I see some positive changes :)
 
i would just close my account if i received an email like that, i don't see how its a positive to be sending emails like that to players,

I didn't say it was a great email. The positive thing was that it was personal. I didn't think they knew how to write those ;)
 
At least they have been honest and polite.

However, the problem is that RTG in general has built it's customer base on giving out large bonuses, so any RTG operator shouldn't be surprised that players of RTG have come to expect a bonus on every deposit. The term "abuse" or "misuse" is also not correct if all a player has done is take what has been offered by marketing, and played in a recreational manner for their own entertainment with the boosted bankroll.

I do not see much in the way of marketing non bonus play either. EVERY time one receives an email from a casino it is to market one bonus or another to the player. I have not seen emails saying how good it is to try playing without a bonus, and this could be marketed by pointing out that none of the usual restrictions to play would apply, and that a player could cash out immediately they had a big win, rather than having to worry about WR.

Casinos could even run promotions where ONLY play from a deposit that hasn't been used to claim a bonus would qualify, such as prize draws, scoreboard based tournaments, etc.
 
I closed my account.

When i have 2 withdrawals for 20 deposits, i don't see why they should close my account, even if take bonuses. And when i didn't play for a while THEY sent me several messages with bonuses, so i assumed they want me to take them.
 
ive had a couple from inetbet , to be honest i thought ok , like you hoff my account is maybe opened alot longer anyway i sent a e mail back to them , suggesting them to meet me half way as i dont use the casino that often , deposit free no bonus required & then a deposit for a bonus , so 50/50 in terms of play with & without bonuses

to be frank they did e mail me back & said that was fine, not heard a dicky bird since so all is well , i can understand what there saying , i play at a few casinos no different from what i do at inetbet i mix deposits , theyre all fine with this or my account would be closed in a flash )

I think the mails come after a win because that's when security goes over the play for terms violations and that's when they'd see your account history. Chances are if you never cashed out or contacted them about anything where they'd have to look at your account history, you could take bonuses forever.

Personally, I'm the opposite with RTG, I never take deposit bonuses. I do play free chips whenever they hand them out - but when I do, I'm so paranoid about breaking a term it's not even fun to play anyhow. There's nothing like the feeling of getting a decent win and being able to cash out without having to worry about losing half of it back trying to make playthrough. Mind you, plenty of times I've played half of it back anyhow.... :oops:
 
Inetbet let me tell you what a smart casino does when a player wins big, instead of bonus banning someone they send the player MORE bonuses to get them to deposit again and play more, because they know that in the long run they will get their money back.

At several casinos when i have won big on DOA i have received better bonuses afterwards, either larger bonuses or lower WR.

Maybe what Inetbet is doing is some advanced form of player protection, as they make damn sure that you won't be back :p
