After I wrote that I would share my experience here on the forum, the gentleman told me the link had been removed, and the procedure had to pass through a special team. I kept the chat, just in case.
I still hadn't tried the bonus out: as I wrote before, just a few slots and money disappeared in a while.
Enough for me: I sent an e-mail asking for the closure of the account. It was last Sunday. Do you think I got any reply?
So, nothing extraordinary to complain about: you go to a casino, and most of the time, you lose.

I also have the same issue u are facing, 4 litecoin withdrawals pending since 3th of January, i tried everything too get in touch with Mike/Mysterio, it's just impossbile they lef the site abandoned! Slots are not working, bonus section or "my bonuses" button have been removed yesterday, and the public Chat als has been removed! There are around 20-30 more players waiting for over 2 months too get there withdrawals, some are only 50$ some are 700$ but nothing absolutely nothing gets paid out, also i'm wondering if there is someone from Softswiss on Casinomeister who maybe can tell us if bitdice has left or ended there contract too use there software, that would help us a bit. Overall it's just terrible what happened too all of us. I would appreciate if Mike or someone from Bitdice atleast give us an update regarding the current situation.

I'm already speaking too Ponyo for over months, but Ponyo was only a chat moderator, also Mysterio didn't paid he's salary last 3 weeks and also fully ingore Ponyo!
 
The place looks completely AWOL.

precisely there are many people in the same situation as us nelsnik 1 month and a half that I am waiting for my withdrawal but still nothing... I wonder why the authorities the regulatory police do not intervene and that he lets it happen is casino scam .

I see a lot of complaints that casinos have scammed people and let no one care it's a scam it looks so easy ....

He is not man, he's been there since 2014 as chat mod and made blogs, he doesnt have direct contact with mike or mysterio! Also he gets fully ignored! U cant blame him believe me! About ur earlier post i do everything i can too reach them! I also complaint on Curacao E-Gaming but they couldn't help they told me they are not licenced with them!

but I remain convinced that he is part of this scam because he did not care about us on the chat he said that the withdrawal is going well and coincidentally he is not paid PFFFFF too (he said the pigeons will send us our withdrawals) believe what you want but I remain on my position he is part of the team of scammers

It has went complete rogue and stopped paying players, disabled the chat and games ... but I still find this on your page "However, there’s nothing about Bitdice Casino that worries us at the time of writing, and we’re happy to recommend the casino to our readers"

Id also like to see your forum do more indepth research/approval before suggesting casinos to your members. It only took one year after you guys suggest them and promote them to rob everyone.

You guys used to do a very indepth baptism by fire before promoting casinos. What happened to that?
