Weekend Boster VS Cashback on Losses

I think VS should just dump have a VIP program entirely. I think I get a very decent level of rewards, but I know I could get more if I bet smaller more often. I've had my issues with vision for past few months, and rarely play battles.

I don't think a casino needs to fit every player, just enough players.

But I did have conversations with VS this summer, and they do not want to give up the higher rollers, but it would come at the expense of the lower rollers.

Overall, I think they offer more back than many casinos, but not every gambler is the same.

And it could be part of a portfolio of casinos you play at.

For me here in Canada, it offers me fee free playing and withdrawing at this point, and that's worth quite a bit, plus the huge game selection.

Was I disappointed at reaching level 250? Hell ya, I think they should put a bit of budget into that. I'm not even sure exactly what I got, part of it was 1000 race spins which is pennies.

I wasn't disappointed with what a got for a million spins, 100 spins on Starburst. CS fixed me right up with 100 spins on Pink Elephants, my choice. I could have made those million spins at minimum bet, but I did not. No possiblity to reset that reward though.

Wanting to play more, and more often, is part of the entertainment for many of us.

I was asked why I would choose something worth less (theorethically) that gave more playtime, like a deposit bonus.

Because I'm dumb and play slots.

If I was really really smart, I wouldn't gamble at all.

I'm not unhappy with my choices. Mostly.

I asked for my deposits/withdrawals and bonuses.
They only included booster and race winnings for bonuses,
but I know there were many more free spins over the course of a year.

I'm rather ashamed of the amount I've lost this year to be honest,
but that's on me. I had many times I could have cashed out but choose to play on. And that is a main reason my cashback/race is pretty fine.

Pretty much every time I was in a rough patch and asked for a deposit bonus, the answer was no,
so I just quit asking. I did get something very nice for Christmas,
and a delightful lunch with Kenny for my birthday,
plus a small bonus with wagering.

I deposited in excess of $100K (but not by much),
and withdrew a little over 70K.

But cashback and races were around 19K,
which is over 50% of my losses as cash with no wagering,
and nearly20% of of my deposits.

That does not include battle spins won,
or anything extra from CM sponsored stuff,
which I'm not sure I won anything on,
but I'm not sure I did not.

A more than satisfactory level of rewards IMO.

A truly high roller might not fare as well,
as daily cashback has a limit of $300,
and I've made that more than once,
so everything above that I'm not earning anything.

If you play table games, perhaps a VIP host and deal would be in order, as booster and cashback do not apply,
nor do jackpot games.

Not every casino can suit every player.

But I do think VS offers very good value for low to middle players.

Couple that with fast payments, trustworthiness and transparency,
and the stuff they do for us here at CM,
I'm not planning on leaving.

But I will be scaling back my deposits,
as that was more than a little crazy.
Quite a bit of it was in the past few months when I had so little else I could do due to health issues.

And there were some other cashouts elsewhere that subsidized my play.

While I mostly lost at VS, I hate having to lose in order to get anything. I do like loyalty programs that are at least partially based on play.

Please read my complete post.

The $100 was the first deposit for this week and the $2K in wins brought me back to just even, in fact a little profit, for this month. Hence, I lost nearly $2K from 1st - 20th November and got to that date some $50 in cashback, appr. $60 in FS winnings from battles/Tuesday FS and about $40 in race winnings only, that's about 7.5% of my deposits. With this week I am about even and will have about $400 in rewards in total plus the Freerolls and the upcoming battle weekend on top. Looks like a very good month so far, but there is still one week to go. ;)

It's not all fine and dandy! There are countless sessions where I do not get ahead by a dime, let alone a dollar. But I do go onto medium to high bets when I see a good session ($10 on Bonanza or White Rabbit, $9 on DoA are high bets for me). Strolling along with the same bet size means you need to be VERY lucky to get back just to even.

Truth is, casinos owe us nothing, nada, zilch. Whatever they do are all player retention tools and these are finely calculated to avoid making a loss on the extras they dish out as well as making sure the player comes back for more. The business model at VS is calculated to the extreme, it is actually genius when you look at it. All and everything is hinged on the fact that you must wager on the games to get anything, be it trophies, rewards, cashback, access to the Free Battles, race winnings. Absolutely great model as a casino earns money only on the wagered amount, hence you basically pay for your rewards before they even have to hand them out!

The reason VS is giving out lower amounts of extras is purely because they are all cash. They could quadruple the race winnings or cashback and slap 30X or 40X wagering on it, the player has the feeling he gets more but in fact he/she doesn't as most of the time they won't successfully convert the bonus to cash.

Personally, I take $50 cash any time over a $100 or $200 bonus as I don't have to care about T&C's, no limits on withdrawals, no restricted games etc. The bonus certainly gives you more play time but it is in no way a guarantee that you will cash out more.

My personal feeling is that I am appropriately rewarded for my loyalty at VS, on average 10% of my deposits all in cash is sufficient. I know from another reputable casino that they can sustain on average a 25 - 30 % bonus/deposit ratio to still stay profitable and that is all with minimum 30X wagering attached. Higher WR will support higher ratios. Hence, appr. 10% in cash from VS is pretty good value IMHO. Not everyone achieves the 10% but I am quite sure that is about the average VS is calculating with.
