    I am getting a bit fed up with a couple of online casinos who in my view arre stubborn and bordering on being rogue.

    1/ I won at a casino who allowed the play of BJ. I recalled the max bet was $10 so I played a single hand just for the fun of it.I had an ok run and went to cash out 174 euros. The payout was declined because of a rule which cites 2 conditions. Max bet at BJ is $5 and winnings and bonus derived from the larger bet will be voided. I argued that my balance never went below $5 which means I did not dip into the extra $5 won at BJ nor was my bet size changed after I won at BJ. Technically, my winnings were not derived from the extra money I won at BJ yet the casino refused to address this issue. In addition, they confiscated my deposit as well.

    2/ I played at a new casino who had friendly live chat support. I claimed their deposit bonuses and lost. As part of the welcome package I understand there should be free spins attached to the first 2 deposits as well. As netent was not available in my jurisdiction the live chat staff credited me with spins on reactoonz and book of dead the latter to be played when i wanted to.

    I was able to reach a withdrawable amount and went to cash out. I then went to book of dead but the free spins were not there. I asked support and they credited me the book of dead free spins. I won a tidy sum and had to clear 24,000 or so in wagering. So I played and played to see my balance dwindle. In the meantime they asked for verification docs so my cashout could be processed. They were tardy in approving the docs and rolled back my withdrawal stating the system recognised it as part of the welcome package and so to cashout I was tied to the remaining 20,000 in wagering.

    I managed to hit a good win on book of dead and the forum rep here encouraged me to clear the wagering which was about 6000 just a few hours ago . My balance reached 1100 but dwindled to 700 or so which still placed me in a good position to cashout. I went away for dinner and returned only to see the bonus had been removed with no reason. Their staff were also at a loss. To me, they returned my withdrawal to attach to monstrous wagering so that they could keep my money but when wagering was neartly achieved they remove the bonus.

    The rep of the first casino did not bother to reply to me for 2 weeks whereas the rep of the second casino has been responsive but its irritating when the system does at it pleases.

    Rant over as at now. I await the responses.

    I cannot play at any good casinos really.. But from what I've seen I'd recommend
    Video slots, Rizk and Casumo that's just my personal opinion but I do agree with you one thing that drives me insane and careless chat representatives and customer care it's quite ridiculous...
    But kudos to videos lots their support team and response time is amazing

    @cody 7 - I know these are good casinos but as I am from Hong Kong depositing is a problem for me.

    @Jelena - Hi sweetie, Its nice knowing you. The response I am waiting from this RTG casino is an explanation as to how my winnings were derived from the larger bet on BJ. They dont even follow the spirit of their rules.
