Wazbee Confiscates Real Winnings After Bonus Cap, Only Losses Allowed, Avoid

Wazbee is running one of the most predatory bonus systems I’ve seen.

I took a $15 cashback offer with my loyalty points, completed wagering, and had around $300 in my balance. They applied the 10x cap and cut it down to $150, which was fine. That was the cap enforced.

I played with the $150, lost a bit, then won again till I was at $186. I decided to withdraw $150 and leave the $36 to keep playing, and they confiscated it even though by their own admission the 150 was my real money balance. They double enforced the cap.

Support confirmed in their own words that even after the cap is applied, any further winnings are still considered “bonus-linked” and removed. But if you lose that balance, no problem.

So they let you keep playing, but the only outcome allowed is loss
. This isn’t a fluke. This is how the system is designed.

Screenshots included, I'm disgusted. Avoid this place.

Yes, the old win cap catch. When does maximum conversion of bonus funds become liberated from win restrictions???

Of course, logically when wagering is completed, excess removed and the win cap converted to withdrawable cash, it should be yours to do what you like with, unrestricted.

So it would have been alright to withdraw $150, redeposit it then win without restriction. But bypassing the unnecessary withdrawal and continuing play in cash retains the already discharged bonus rules.

Ridiculous, but not the first time we have seen this happen. It's very underhand behaviour.

As Dunover alluded to, it's kinda become an industry standard.

Wazbee is a sister brand of Welle and Royspins. They have recently changed their withdrawal structure dependent on VIP Level.

For example, you can withdraw 3k a day on a lower level and 5k as a VIP. Payouts, which were almost instant at their brands, are now stalled...

'Normal' players need to wait up to 10 hours for their payments to be processed. I assume VIPs are the only ones who enjoy fast withdrawals now.

Once these petty changes take place, it's a warning sign to me to avoid them.

Agreed, but it shouldn't be industry standard.
