Wayne P4Ks - Fake Trademark (?) Playin4Kash

Hi All,

Was doing some research and came upon the p4ks.com site owned by Wayne and his partner Jamie I believe.

The name has been changed to Playin4Kash which the domain playin4kash.com was registered by Wayne on:
Creation date: 06 Feb 2010 10:43:09
Expiration date: 06 Feb 2011 10:43:09

However the logo now being used at both p4ks.com and p4ks.com/forum is as follows:

Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

As you can see a TM symbol sites above the K. Bizarre place for a TM...lol

However running a check on the New Zealand IP database does not show any Trademark registered under this Name or held by Wayne J.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

I'll leave this up to you to draw your own conclusion(s).

I am not claiming the Playin4Kash is Trade Mark, In the skin that were received they also come with a psd file for the logo you moron, which had a layer with the TM in which i did not see when installing it. The post and thread remained for several minutes and then, poof...it was all gone.

At first I thought the whole thread had maybe been deleted or was being censored but it remained missing most of the evening yesterday.

And now it is back again with my post #11 missing...greeks latest post would have been #12?
