    Sorry I'm not really sure where to post this but since Bryan might know (or anyone else).....

    Is there a more current version of the Wayback Machine somewhere? They seem to have given up 18 months ago. I'm hoping to find a site close to the Web Archive.

    Good question. I have no idea why they don't update their database. Perhaps it got too huge.

    Not all unusual for the wayback to take longer than 12 months to update. In addition some sites can opt out of being included in the wayback. Yes the wayback DB is quite large we are talking about around 2 petabytes. That is a huge amount of info!
