    Here is my experence at pamper casino,after several deposits,with the 2777% slot promo, I felt like I was close to meeting the wagering requirements,the only way I can check is to go through customer service,in which they state they take care of there customers like no other place,so the rep. tell me you have met your requirements proceed to cashout, so I did ,three days later I get a e-mail from accounting, they insist I still need 14,000+ to met requirements,so after 3 more deposits I feel that I'm close again,I contact customer service,and once again confirmed I met the wager required,I said please be sure and positive about your confimation , she checked three differ'nt times and replied I'm positive,3 days go by I get a reply you only have 26,000+ you need 3,ooo+ to make it.So I counted myself and know for a fact I did.The most frustrating part was how I was dealt with,The rep. told me he was going to post a note to fellow reps, they were no longer able to give me a quote,I had to go through accounting which is only there M-F 8 to 5 then you have to submitt a ticket that takes up to 72 hours for a response,Iask for a supervisor,her reply was I don't see what the big deal is you still have 3,104 to play with,I though she has not gamed much ,I've had 5,000 before and went down to zero fast.Trying to give them benift of doubt I have made more deposits and am waiting to see how this is handled,They have the facts in front of them that I did on 07-09-09 meet the requirments,when I submitted my ticket, so I'm anxiously awaiting to see If I'm dealing with a honest company that beleives in doing whats right under the cicumstances.I will let you all know the outcome as soon as I know,but so far by the way I've been treated it has been far from Pampered!!!Just now I find out they posted 2 fictious debits against my account 25$ and 35$ I made only one for 40$, which I'm sure they will try and post tonight so I'm off to the bank staw away from these crooks

    Don't know if its me but the contents of your post puzzle me. If you are playing tthrough to a WR you obviously must have cash in your account, so why are you depositing again and again.

    It sounds like the name of the casino matches the fact that they sound full of s**t

    because I'm expecting them to do the right thing and the fact was I met the requirements when I submitted, they have it on record, so i played on and redeposited after I ran out because it take 3 days to here about the withdraw,I'm just seeing if they do whats right and the honest thing under the cicumstances and how I was treated

    no sign of trust imho:rolleyes::confused:


    see to get the money out if possible and ran far away from these pamper guys;)


    imho a bonus offer of 2700%:eek2: or more is just ridiclous and designed to never be able to reach the playthrough..

    I made a withdrawal request on 07-03-09 @7:21am,the company states that it may take up to 48 hours to process,I hear nothing for 5 business days,I e-mailed withdrawal dept 7 times ,no reply,finally a rep sees my concern posted here and replies,He was cordial about it and apoligized for the mishap, and told me he could not do anything until Monday this was a Friday,so monday rolls around 07-13-09, I waited until 2:00pm no reply,so I e-mail and get a reply that it shoul be processed soon,I ask if the company would consider springing for next day air, in which I never got a confirmation on,so in his last reply he states the check should process on WED.and go out by FRI. at the latest,so I e-mail back and say if the company is not willing to pay for next day air I guess I will have to,no kind of offer of any free chips or nothing,I did become heated on a couple of e-mails,but strongly feel if a company cannot do what they claim,they should not promote that,there policy is 48 hours to process,here it is 07-14-09, status is still pending process.I anxiously waiting for for this to be resolved, I don't want to say bad things about a company,but they are not leaving me many other options,will report WED ,thats when the rep told me it would clear!!

    What casino? Is it on the accredited list? Checks are kinda iffy at best because of the hoops they have to jump thru to find someone to send you a check. But I'm not a patient person. :D

    You are quick to made a complaint thread, but if you had even SNIFFED around this forum you would know these guys are crooks, are only in operation to steal your money, and you will NEVER get paid. Ever. Just give up now.

    Spanky, as long as a casino has not denied you any of your winnings, they are free to bonus ban you.

    It happens all the time over at Rival Casinos, even when players are not ahead. I think they feel we should just play back all of our winnings without any withdrawals "in the spirit" of play.

    If you enjoy bonus play (I use some myself) just move along.

    There are lots of casinos on CM's accredited list, and many offer excellent SUBs.

    ,after talking with Richard the rep who has been beyond nice in all issues we have dealt with,i sent management a e-mail and am waiting for a response I will keep everyone posted to this matter when I know,they state all bonuses are redeemable unlimited times unless there is bonus abuse and encourage players who like bonuses to take 1 every deposit and thats all I have done.

    I have had better luck with big bonuses versus smaller ones, because there is more to play with and you can wager more,if you hit a bad streak you have more of a cushion,just my experince
