I just mentioned in chat that there was no way to completely close my account. I' m just so tired of the favoritism. And in a split second, before I could even private message andrea, she closed it instant.
If you are thinking about joining this place, watch out. Something has been seriously wrong in there for quite a while now. The RTP has been questioned my a lot of people. They seem to tend to play favorites a lot, and I have voiced this before and I think that is why she was so fast to just hit the button. No PM or discussion about it at all. But I just mentioned it and the ban button was hit without even asking me if i wanted it. Her comment that I saw as a guest, after she kicked me out was "I'll consider it requested". Her consideration is not me actually saying to her, close my account. Yes i said i wanted to close my acct and not just self exclude. But I did not say when. And if she had 1 minute to speak to me, it would have been a lot more considerate. I have been there 10 yrs and deposited a lot in those years and for them to handle it the way they did, is pretty messed up.

It's also pretty funny that so often she doesnt answer her PM's for quite a while, but she knocked me out instant when i mentioned, you can only self exclude. And this was in main chat. I didnt know if there was a way that I wasnt finding.

So watch out people! This is just another way they proved my point, that they do have their favorites, or they would have at least asked me if I wanted it closed, not her considering or assuming it without doing it in a private message. But they dont like me when i say that some get special treatment. But it IS a fact. All you have to do is look at when and who gets all the special gifts. Like she just hands out money to 1 shift and not even that many people , play her stuff too.

But they will say that i requested it, because i said there was no way to close my account and I wanted the option when I was ready, but Andreas quote was , I will consider it requested. Her considering it, is not me actually requesting it . And i would have pm them when im ready. But this is fine......Gl if you join. you will find out soon enough.

Firstly you need to speak to Anna, she is the manager so she has the final say in these matters. But I will not say this in a public forum but a lot know certain things about the staff.

I have a love hate relationship with 3dice too. Mainly because I can never win a single jackpot. Yet everyone else can win them multiple times etc. Because there is not many people who play their the chances are much much higher for you to win one. But not me lol

All I will say is they have a very strict policy and if you question and even complain or be rude to the staff they do not warn, they instant remove chat or do full ban on account usually without any notice.

Also there is only 1 staff member online at any given time most of the time, unless it is in the mornings sometimes there is 2 including Anna.

So response times are very slow most of the time, always have been. I did used to think are they slow at responding to others too. I am not agreeing they have favouritism problems but at the end of the day the people who spend the most of course would get special treatment, they have to protect their income don't they. I am guessing they get fast response time as well when they contact the reps. Again just a guess.

I have not had a clean history with 3dice over the years, publicly I to was banned about 10 years ago and I tried multiple times for like 3 or 4 years to let me come back, and then Anna let me. I was much younger then so I was a different person to what I am today. But I was very suspect back then. So I questioned everything and also complained a lot lol. 3dice has never liked complainers and never will.

But I do notice the big spenders do get away with complaining more than the lower spenders or the players who never deposit and play for free all the time in the tournies. I stopped doing the tournies many years ago, only time I do a tourny is the monthly loyalty one or the player tournies.

Anyway as I suggested just contact Anna and be polite and just explain what your issue is and do not make her angry. When Anna is angry you are done for lmao :D Just saying
 
Well I make 1 comment about being fair to all with the extras and my account is gone in a split second.
I made that 1 statement months ago about the same thing (after i emailed anna and got no response so put it in chat)
You would not believe how bad she went off the deep end on me. Told people in main that they were losing all their extras because of me. And she went ballistic on me for a very long time in PM. Even though I said I'm not going to do this. She said I'll stop when I'm good and ready. That was all over just 1 comment.
So I wouldnt suggest she comes on and makes me out to be a liar, because i saved it. Some have seen it and just said wow. Thats pretty harsh. Mind you, 1 single comment about fair distribution, and she went off the deep end. I dont want to post it, but if she tries to make me out as disgruntled, I will. It's just like starting some out at silver after the rest had to spend tons to get there. Then she says she can do what she wants. She is the boss. I'm just really tired of this whether I'm there now or not. Right is right. And wrong is wrong. And every person should be treated the same.

Not sure who you are, But doctoring that statement with bolds was a nice touch. But who is Andrea, to consider it a request. That comment was in main chat , to see if I was missing something. It was never directed to staff, but they sure came out and "CONSIDERED" it a request. LOL Really? Just shows they do what they want to whomever they want. That should have been done in a PM, But they wanted to do it in main chat and let everyone see it. And so fast, that I couldnt even hit the PM button. I have seen others and I wont mention names that say the same thing and a whole lot more and they dont even get moderated or stopped. This is just 1 example of fairness. It all depends how your name is spelled. And It really had nothing to do with closing my acct. It had everything to do with the word fair. As I said before, I never complain in chat, but 2x, months apart, I have use the word fair and anna gets majorly defensive, and really nasty. Why doesnt she do this with all the people who constantly complain, and we know there are a lot of thing right down to how much they lose, their RTP, their deposit goes right to zero, and they dont even get scolded. Bottom line FAIR, is a very sensitive subject, it seems. And if you dont think so , like I said before, I have the entire ass chewing she gave me when I said fair a few mos ago. You all dont have a clue how nasty she got over 1 sentance, period. But if you want to know, I'll gladly show you

But his work requires he leave town. He comes back a few months ago and his account had been disabled. So tell me why? Other family members, spouses, siblings and children in the same house dont have this happen. Seems a bit off to me.

Give me a minute and I can come up with quite a few more things things. just not worth my time at this point.
 
If the OP did the same thing on a UK-regulated site (for context, I realise the OP is based in Florida) - repeatedly crying about the integrity of the games, being abrasive with staff etc - then they would have probably got a similar outcome.

Things are going to be a little different with 3Dice - partly because it's a smaller long-standing community (they've won CM awards going back more than a decade), but also because they develop their own games. So if you're making inferences or accusations against the integrity of the game, then that extends to the staff as well.

The way you've described your story, while it seems slightly abrupt for them to close you out immediately, it doesn't seem unreasonable - given they have a limited support staff, it makes sense (to them) to deal with your request now, rather than have to deal with it a second time in a few days or weeks.

You asked for the account to be closed, and we have closed the account.

Regarding the RTP of our games, please note that these stats are posted on our Zeitgeist page in real time.

With regard to your own RTP on our games, I have emailed you a copy of your game stats ( if you have any questions about it please don't hesitate).

I am unclear about your reference to us having “favorites.”

If you are active in chat, all we ask is that everyone adheres to the Chat Rules (terms and conditions), which are the standard: lets be nice to each other.

If you have any other questions, you know our support is available 24/7—literally only one call/ private message away or an email away.

And as a rule, we go out of our way to be friendly and help when it is possible.

It is true that we sometimes have members of the same family playing with 3Dice.

To facilitate this, we verify the identity on the accounts and explain that only the verified individual is allowed to play on that particular account.

Under no circumstances are spouses, partners, children, or other family members permitted to log in and play under someone else's account.

If your son was curious as to why the account was closed, he simply needed to contact our support team. We would have explained the reason in detail and likely asked him to change his password, emphasizing the importance of not sharing it with anyone, including family members.

All I have to say is, I am glad to gone. The chat has been just miserable for a couple years. We see so many people say they are in debt to the point they may never come back. And another threatened suicide at one point. I will not post names, But people who have been on, know who they are . Plus so many that say they lose on a constant basis. The chat feature draws them in, thinking they could be a lucky one, chasing the jackpot because they have so much invested, or seeing the high roller wins, thinking they might win big. But most likely they wont. It is a great marketing strategy on your part though. This is not a complaint, but a fact. Of course you have done your research to be profitable, but it is really hard to watch this happen every day, to so many in the chat. I wish you all the best, but I am breaking out of that vicious cycle, and I'm not even one who ever complained about it........(just in case someone wants to throw that out there)

Just 2 cents from me, I had terrible sessions at 3dice but things evens out eventuelly and I had so many amazing wins, paid whitin few hours no matter the amount.

For anyone considering playing from the US I would rate 3Dice as number 1, period.

and also, Anna is spectacular manager, shes actually is amazing, I can't say good enough how good she is to the players and as someone who goes extra steps to make you happy. Where do you find that kind of manager anywhere? like seriously.

I think a lot of people take Anna and 3dice for granted, look at the RTG sites, horrible payouts, sketchy terms, insane WR requirements and good luck getting paid or with some BS max cashout rule such as max week etc.

Yes, you will lose money gambling in long term, you like it or not, but the outcome could be laugh now-cry later or cry now-laugh later, thats what makes gambling fun.

Also, I take break all the time, sometimes the casino world can take you into a dark habit and time comsuming and that can affect your work, life, relationships etc, you just have to breath and accept that you need break or quit for a while.
 
I want to say i am a penny roller and now because of personal problems (not gambling related) i am a lower roller then that. For me and some others who i can not speak for our rants in main chat are legendary. I am not bragging but just saying . If anyone should have gotten the ban hammer it's me . I have been there a long time and i have seen low rollers and high rollers banned alike. I agree with DreamRJ about speaking with Anna . 3 dice reps are human at the end of the day and sometimes things can be worked out.

This! This right here. I was told the exact same thing several years ago by Anna.

Perhaps they, the newbie, did a huge first deposit and Anna put them as a "silver" due to that. I guess she can do that which would be understandable for a huge deposit.

If/when someone crosses her path in a way she deems poorly, she has the ability to "adjust" their rtp. She has denied this on countless occasions but.... like she says.... "I can do what I want. I'm the boss"

Even if this happened some good years ago, I do remember you were unhappy that sonict had an account review with us and that based on his play at the time he received a VIP membership increase.

As an experienced player, you're likely aware that RTP's are set by the game developer, which in our case is True/Odds (not 3Dice).

Once a game is live, casinos cannot alter the RTP or make any changes to the game.

Neither I nor the staff at 3Dice can change those numbers in any way, shape, or form.

To put it simply we do not have the keys to that door.

You can always check the RTP in the paytable, and we strive to be as transparent as possible.

An account review as a brand new player? I remember it like yesterday. You can see when a player joined. Newbie all the time. If he made a huge deposit that would be the reason and I am fine with that. Just be honest.

As for the "formula" used for loyalty level, that's a whole new issue but that will never change regardless of how it works/hurts repeat depositors that get ZERO playtime out of their deposits. Spend, spend, spend, lose lose lose, then lose "loyalty level" too. It needs revamped totally.

Yes, it's possible for a new player to join, play enough to achieve a VIP level that justifies an increase. While it’s not common, it does happen.

I don’t recall saying “I can do what I want, I’m the boss”.

However, I might have stated that my decision is final on certain matters.

Unfortunately, in our line of work, I am aware that not every decision I make will be popular or will please everyone.

I think you got me confused with some one else. I don't do big deposits and it is possible I might have done a $100 one at least for the first one and then usually small ones $40 - $50. This person must have a very similar nick to mine. Makes sense to me since a certain hedgehog is popular.
 
Hey there, I am going to chime in here even though I closed my account on 1/1/24.

While I think the OP has a valid complaint, and Weesie is spot on with hers, this line "I can do what I want, I’m the boss” doesn't sit well with me. I don't care who said it. Weesie is right, it should not be said.

Before I closed my account back in January, there were many players in main chat complaining, myself included. I stopped playing their slots for the most part because I very RARELY ever hit anything. I am a Keno player, and when I totaled the amount deposited and how much was wagered on Keno alone, I knew it was time to go. There was just no way after over 100 thousand games played my biggest win was 750 USD. Whereas almost weekly at other places I play I was cashing out over 4 grand from playing Keno. Hell, I was lucky enough to win the 100 thousand playing Keno in Las Vegas and here at the local reservation casino. But it was not sitting well with me that I wagered well over 250 thousand and my biggest win was only 750 USD and I only hit that once in the years and years playing at 3dice.

Do I think they have favorites? I would be lying if I said no. I do think however, the CS reps put up with alot of BS in the main chat, and I can see why they get frustrated. But we are all human, gambling and complaining about gambling goes hand in hand. And yes, the complaining does get out of hand at times but hey, that is only natural when you just lost your 20th deposit, and the same person has just won massive amounts over and over again. I was always happy for anyone winning there, I don't care who it was. I was genuinely happy for them.

For the most part, I think the CS reps are all fantastic, and I am sure they have their bad days, just like everyone else. And I do think Anna is fair and really if you are not happy playing there, just go. I did and my gaming bank account is thanking me for it.

You sound like one of those annoying chat people that I sometimes see when I first log into 3Dice that complain about losing. I log in, see that shit and it turns me off, and can imagine that it turns others off too... All in public... for EVERYONE to see.

I've been with 3Dice for over 13+ years and have never once complained about my gameplay ever in public chat. I understand business and have business etiquette. You have an issue? DM Anna. I always question loyalty leveling to her directly and she usually corrects it instantly. No fuss, no fighting or threatening to close my account.

I'm sure 3Dice has probably had enough of your whining ways from previous occasions and couldn't wait to jump at the chance to ban you. Good riddance.

I mean, I hear ya Weesie but you know as much as I know that the chat has it's share of drama queens who start shit at the drop of a dime and bitch and moan about other people winning while they're not. This, mostly, is the reason why I don't partake in the chat.

Furthermore.. I think zero tolerance should be taken on people like that and their chats immediately disabled for a month straight, maybe indefinitely.. just like that one strange fella Mattnsane.

As for your buddy that you're defending.. she asked for it and she got it then backtracked because they didn't "negotiate" with her about closing her account and actually called her bluff.. 3Dice and it's staff aren't psychologists.
