Warning for instadebit depositors

    Just to let fellow people who use instadebit for deposits, their are a few casinos that are having processor issues, right now I am awaiting for slotastic to process my withdrawal, last night I had the same issue with jackpot capital and after 40 minutes they found my deposit and credited my account.

    As of this post my funds with slotastic are nowhere to be found and they said to send a screenshot of instadebit sending the funds to them which I did and awaiting a answer on what will happen or when my funds will be credited.

    Well that was quick, dam this forum gets results,:D, my account has been credited, would like to thank slotastic and jackpot capital for quick responses anyway just loosen your slots so we can actually get playtime now.:cool:


    But anyway again instadebit processors are having issues so just be careful right now if you want to use them.:)

    I've had that problem numerous times in the past with Instadebit, it can be frustrating. Helps to only play at casinos that are quick to respond to and resolve issues. Guess I will be careful where I play today so that if there is an issue it's resolved quickly.

    I've had the same issue on Friday at Jackpot Capital. I made a deposit and an error screen came up saying that my deposit was not received. But my Instadebit statement shows that the funds were sent. I also was told to provide a screenshot of my Instadebit statement which I did.

    To this date, I still do not have the funds in my account nor have I heard back from support at Jackpot Capital.

    I'm really hoping this gets resolved soon.

    Wowzaaaaaaaaa PJ!, you still don't have your funds!, slotastic said don't try and use instadebit as a deposit method for the next 24 hours and they are looking into it, like I said it took about 40 minutes at jackpot capital for them to figure it out.

    Hopefully it gets resolved for you, the good thing all these rtg which stands for REAL TIGHT GAMING casino's have their slots so tight this may be a blessing for us,lol;).

    Bit of a rant here I know but I have played at like 4 or 5 different casino's and they have been all the same, not even 3 hours playtime and I am a lowroller betting like the minimum:eek:, barely any bonus rounds and when you do they are mostly under 10x hits, I miss pre black Friday where you would get like 3 days play on a 100 dollar deposit!

    Seriously any rtg casino's reps that read this, loosen your slots a bit, people will return and playback most if not all they win anyway plus you have people like us on here that will come on this forum and say hey look I won at this casino which will in turn bring other players to you.

    Look at all the 32 red microgaming wins and love on here, that is proof right there that your competition will snag away players from you.


    Anyway I know that was a rant and maybe off topic but I had to let that out.:thumbsup:

    Just deposited @32 red, no money :mad: but instadebit status says "Sent to Merchant" and my bank account was debited. Contacted the support and they said that my transaction was declined - but it was not, i know it happens once in a while and some casinos know how to fix this right away. Last time i had to wait for a few days before the money appeared on my 32red account, i guess it goes thru after a while by itself.

    Bummer, xoxoxoxo, yes they are still having issues, I have a withdrawal ( no not winnings, just what was left from a deposit)with jackpot capital still in the air, they said another 24-48 hours so I hope so.

    So to everyone DO NOT USE INSTADEBIT RIGHT NOW, cause instadebit will do nothing if the merchant did not receive the funds, they told me as soon as they debit your account they can't hold/reverse/cancel that transaction so your basically screwed if the merchant will not credit your account.

    I have also heard that e-checks are having issues as well but not sure if it is the same issue, but all this is making me worried that it is a crackdown on us Canadians like what happened in the U.S.:(.


    I am done with casino's for now anyway, I am just bored cause of not hitting a dam thing so taking a break for a lil bit and save some money so this issue came at a good time except for my withdrawal.:cool:

    I made multiple deposits at other casinos during the last few days and they all went thru OK. May be only some casinos are affected. :confused:

    Instadebit has worked really well in the past,anywhere,
