Hi Mulven, I would like to ask, if possible, if you know of course, if you know any news about how it went in the end this complaint.

actually I submitted a week ago hence nothing thus far,
Casino keep saying they can’t do anything until provider updates them.
Lat year I had issue with another platform. In that case was bit different cause they were saying about issue with residence and blocked me and after a month I got contacted by SoftGamings to pay me out. At the time I even didn’t know about their checks with provider so I was not concerned
