Hello hello everybody!! :)

I have a lovely surprise from our great Volt Casino!

Their standard welcome bonus of up to 300 Cash Spins on Starburst is enriched with these Exclusive 40 Extra Cash Spins on "Larry the Leprechaun"!

Minimum deposit to qualify for the whole offer is €20, Extra cash spins are worth €0.10 each and the maximum winnings from them is €300. Available for all new players.
So, since the standard welcome offer includes 10 spins on Starburst for each €10 deposit, if you for example deposit €20 (minimum for this exclusive offer), you'll receive 60 Extra spins in total = 10 + 10 on Starburst + 40 on Larry the Leprechaun.

Here's a Outdated URL (Invalid) and instructions about this sweet bonus package! Hope you like it :)

I really can't believe you are promoting these considering they are still listed on one of the 'not on gamstop' affiliate sites :(

Sorry, I must have missed this list.
Volt Casino is still among Accredited brands and I didn't get any instruction to exclude them from promos created only for CM community.
And as I can see from the Volt's Casino website bottom, they have a GAMSTOP logo there.

I think he means they haven't broken their affiliate relationship with one or more of the rogue aff. sites who were advertising rogue casinos to players on Gamstop, so they could fall off the wagon and continue to gamble. As opposed to not being in the Gamstop programme themselves.

That and the fact they are still on the site in question, you actually mentioned it in this post

and they are still there now

They are also still being advertised on casinowizard who still have a live non gamstop page.

Bryan made his feelings clear on these affiliates, yet CM is promoting a casino that is one of the only ones (along with Cashmio) who are still advertising live, directly on sites with pages targeting problem gamblers. Doesn't sit right with me, I'm afraid.

@VoltAffiliates have read the main thread on this so are fully aware of what was going on, but don't seem to have taken any action, maybe they can tell us why?

Volt Casino takes its commitments to social responsibility extremely seriously. Where evidence of activity exists that breaches this policy and obligations under the terms of our agreement with partners, we will take the appropriate action to cease our relation with the offending party. We are not in a position to discuss individual cases in a public forum but do value the community here at Casinomeister in identifying such activity, whether or not it is directly impacting the Volt brand.

And yet here you are - casino of the month, being promoted alongside casinos that target problem gamblers. Actions talk louder than words.

Away from the RG issues, your advertising on that site is nowhere near CAP compliant.

As per our previous reply Volt takes its commitments to social responsibility extremely seriously. Where evidence of activity exists that breaches this policy and obligations under the terms of our agreement with partners, we will take the appropriate action to cease our relationship with the offending party. As previously stated we are not in a position to discuss individual cases but want to assure you that our position on any such affiliates is to terminate our association.

Yes I noticed after I posted the screenshots you removed yourself from the site in question

Volt Casino you do not take social gaming responsibility seriously at all, and in breach of social responsibility (SR) codes, including SR Code 3.4.1 – Customer interaction and SR Code 3.1.1(1) – Combating problem gambling. The company has also breached two anti-money laundering licensing conditions. This evidence has been supplied to the relevant gaming authorities.

A PAB case was raised against Volt Casino. Volt Casino then stops replying to Max. Volt Casino was also refusing to provide a telephone number or name of any person to speak too. I wonder why? I will be writing the full story of this case shortly, on how badly I feel Volt Casino has acted and treated a very vulnerable person.

It took me about 30 seconds to find a telephone number for the license holder?

Has your PAB been closed? ...

Yes, the PAB is closed. The casino said they'd given their final response to the case and given the situation -- a UK citizen playing at a UK licensed casino with an issue regarding Responsible Gambling (RG) -- the proper and required course of action would be for her to take her case to the UKGC per the UKGC's instruction that all ADRs pass RG cases to them. That's exactly what I advised her to do.

The bottom line is that no one else has jurisdiction in these cases, the UKGC is in control.

Furthermore I have been informed by the casino that the case is in their ADR's hands, which means the UKGC is or soon will be directly involved. The OP would be well advised to cease public postings until that matter has been resolved. The main point of public postings is to pressure the casino and at this point the issue has gone well past the casino's control: it's a UKGC matter, or soon will be, and IMHO continuing to try to hash it out in public will only damage the OP's case at the UKGC.

I thought the ukgc wouldn't look at individual cases, has that changed recently?

My understanding is that if they are Self-Exclusion or Responsible Gambling issues then yes, they UKGC has decreed that all such cases are to be re-routed to them.
I'll dig up the reference(s) for that and post an update here.

Update:

, wherein the UKGC outlines procedures for them to be notified of SE violations.

Yes, notified of them, but as far as I am aware they won't actually get involved in the dispute, it is more so that if there are a large number of complaints, then they can take a closer look.

We will use any information provided to consider regulatory compliance. However, we are not a complaints handling body and we are unable to obtain a refund of any money you have spent gambling.

I'm sure I've seen cases on here where the UKGC have said 'thanks for your report, we have kept in on file, but can't actually do anything at present, take them to court if you have issues' type of reply.

I'm not disagreeing with you in that you are right that is what the UKGC have said, just that they don't actually do anything!

I think we're coming to a situation where it depends what you mean by "involved".

I know that UK ADRs were directed to refer "problem gambling" cases directly to the UKGC and thus would end their involvement in that case. What the UKGC would do with the case after that I couldn't say.

What the current state of that instruction is needs to be verified by finding the actual Directive though I seem to remember that the UKGC recently reinforced it so it was well beyond doubt what they expected: self-exclusion, responsible gambling and problem gambling cases were to be their business and the ADRs were to follow a "pass it to us and then drop it" policy.

If and when I have the time I'll poke around further for the Directive from the UKGC to the ADRs instructing them to pass all such cases on to them.
