Resolved Vladik7 VS Nedplay

Please note that this thread is three pages long without having the side of the casino being heard. We can speculate all we want, but please bear in mind that speculation and guessing what happened is only that until the casino side of the equation is taken into consideration.

The OP has already sent a PM to the rep (didn't say when), but heard nothing back. Only TWO DAYS have passed though between the OPs opening post, and this thread reaching the current length.

Taken at face value, the complaint seems to indicate some pretty outrageous casino behaviour, and despite the discussion, the OP has not said much more other than to reply to questions regarding what they might have done.

Since Max will now take a PAB, and the rep is being given a "prod", it might be best to lock this thread for a while to allow the discussion to cool pending a PAB, and open it once a resolution, by whatever means, has been reached.

For the rest of us, an answer is needed, since this case represents a slur on the casino, and WILL be putting off other players whilst it is being taken at face value.
 
Nedplay Bonus issue

I apologize for the inconvenience this caused and I regret the way this thread has evolved.

With regard to the initial complaint about Vlad's winnings being forfeited by Nedplay, I need to mention here that this has my greatest concern.
I have checked the transactions in Vlad's account and I have to say that it appears to be a mistake/bug on our side.

If we credit a wrong (higher) bonus to a players account and if this is our mistake and the player respects our T&C's and is not abusing the casino, we will pay the winnings.
However I would like to discuss the events leading up to this with the employees that decided to forfeit Vlad's winnings.

Please allow me a little time to respond on this thread. I can assure you that I will do my best to respond fair and fast.

Fair enough, this is what we felt should have happened.

Naturally, you need time to ensure this is the FULL story, as presented by the OP, before making any promises here.

It is unfortunate that this issue blew up over the last 2 days whilst you were away.

Well done. It's great to see a casino with this type of attitude instead of trying to find any reason not to pay a player when a mistake was the casino's fault. Kudos to nedplay. This post has made me more like to choose nedplay when deciding which MG to deposit with.
 
If the rep sorts this out fine. But why should it rely on special intervention to resolve this issue? The impression is of basically a rogue casino on the one hand, and their rep on here who does something if a fuss is made, i.e. a rearguard PR exercise. I would be very surprised if they ever make it through the BOF without a major rethink of their business strategy.

reply me with more information within 48 hours. Since then it is already 120 hours and no

reply. I want to remind that I wait for this withdrawal for almost one month already. First

the casino asked for the documents which I submited promptly. And after that there was a

long pause during which I tried to contact the casino unsuccesfully. When finally I got in

contact with them 10 days ago- I was informed about this so called "bonus mistake". Now,

It is already 10 full days since you wrote your post here regarding my case. Same day you also sent me a message promising to get in contact with me within 48 hours. Since then NOTHING happened. My email to your casino also went unanswered. Please, update me on my case. I wait for this withdrawal too much time already.

@Vladik7 : If I may ask why have you not filed a PAB on this?

I did not submit Pitch a Bitch because I saw the last reply from dutchrobin and was almost sure that the problem will be resolved without the need in official complaint at this forum. Unfortunately, I was wrong. So now I submitted the PAB.
 
Yes, you have submitted your PAB. However it is obvious that you did not read, or ignored, the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, contrary to your statement at the end of the PAB form:

Based on your inattentiveness to the normal procedures here I am renaming this thread to indicate that there is a dispute but that the problem at the heart of this is TBD.
 
[pab-in-progress]I really don't understand what is going on. I wait for this withdrawal for one month and a half. More than a week ago dutchrobin sent me a message saying that his casino will pay me. The same time I received an email from Jan (from Nedpay support) and he also confirmed that their casino will pay me. Since then - NOTHING. I tried to contact Jan and Dutchrobin again- but they both are silent.[/pab-in-progress]

No, apparently you did not because all your PAB said was "look at the forums". The Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ specifically says that is not a satisfactory response on the PAB form. So I asked you to fill the PAB form out properly and resubmit it.

Resubmitting the form took you four days (?!?) which took us to last Friday when I processed and submitted your PAB to them.

So, my question to you is why the f*** am I wasting my time on your damn PAB if you're going to continue to ignore what the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ tells you to do and not do, in this case that you are not to post about your issue on the forums while the PAB is in progress.

I have to tell you, you are this close || to having your PAB tossed and your posting rights restricted insofar as this issue is concerned. If you ask me it's really beginning to look like you're here to harass and bully the casino and not much else. That won't be permitted to happen so I strongly suggest you follow the procedures described in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

If the next, and for the time being the last, post of yours on this subject is not something like
