Visa to no longer allow debit card trx to online casinos

Thats odd. I used my prepaid Netspend card at 2 different casinos today without a problem (one RTG and one MG). Which casino are you having a problem at?

I tried Roxy, Wild Jacks, and 7 Sultans. Maybe they just haven't gotten around to blocking everyone yet ? I have never had a problem before !

I believe this is a decision on the processor's end, not visa. I can still use my prepaid debit card (all access) everywhere (that I've tried) with the exception of 32red.

Unsure why Party Poker seems to be the only one that has linked a provider of prepaid phone cards that can be utilized as deposits at PP. Unsure if Party Casino is lined up as such. About a 6% fee, but cash in minutes.

Does PP still have this option? Last time I checked, I couldn't find that method....have used it in the past, but that's been eons ago.

I'm sure that pre 2001 (or around that circa) Amex was accepted. As I've not held an Amex for close on 10 years I was merely voicing a generalisation.

The conditions of my UK issued Amex card prohibit online gambling. Citibank does not allow online gambling either.

i thought netteller no longer allowed U S accounts. All the places I play say that. I have always funded with my visa/debit bank card. Never had a problem funding, it is getting any winnings that proves more of a challenge. I want to know where it is easy for U S players to withdraw. Any help? lol

You are correct about Neteller. They stopped accepting US customers about 2 years after this thread was started.
