I had not reported this issue before because just as I was getting ready to post, The Virtual Group was put on the rogue list. I had avoided the casino until they were placed on probation at Casinomeister. I thought that would cause them to be straight.
On 1/25/06 I requested a withdrawal of 732 dollars. Virtual paid me 220 dollars which represented my last two deposits. I had previously played some slots with a "banking feature." On this visit, I played those slots, hit a very lucky bonus win and requested my withdrawal. There was nothing at that time disallowing the play that I just described. Now there is a specific statement in the terms and conditions. My guess is that my situation inspired the inclusion of this statement.
Repeatedly I was told by Virtual customer service that they would correct the issue. Even Danny seemed inclined to assist, but then told me that I had played in a manner that the management deemed "unfair" so I would forfeit my winnings.
Since you are taking Virtual off the Rogue List, I felt that I should express my dissatisfaction with them. I understand their position, but I have lost money to them in the past when I misread or misunderstood their terms. This time, I carefully checked and abided by their written terms at the time. The fact that they added a specific restriction regarding this matter AFTER MY ISSUE HAD OCCURRED indicates to me their understanding of my position also, but they refuse to transfer my 512 dollars to Neteller.
