Hello everybody, I'm from Serbia, sorry if my english is not good enough.
I am very disappointed at Virtual City Casino.
I registered in this Casino, paid my first deposit with my Visa card and won a bonus of $20. After a while, I'm earned $500 and have decided to withdraw money. I chose moneybookers as payment method and enrolled Moneybookers account e-mail of my partner, since I haven't MB account.

After half an hour, I received e-mail from their customer support that, all my winnings will be void and confiscated and my account is locked.
Reason: Well, I don't know. I guess, because it's not my account on Mooneybokers.
Anyway, it's not enough good reason that they confiscate my valid earned money. I'm not a crook!
I asked, to send them a second account or other document as evidence, but they did not accept. Thereafter, they don't even reply to my messages.
This is a shame for their company. Very bad recommendations! But I'm Journalist and I will point people to it.

Best regards,
Danijela

This is casino rewards and since you know about this forum, you should have searched before playing there. Im not trying to be mean but this could have all been avoided (assuming what you say is true)

If you give this casino ANY reason, even the tiniest, they will surely confiscate your money.

In the future speak to support about your cashout "issue". Cashing out in someone else's name never ends well. It only causes a tonne of stress.

Get pre-approved is my best advice (and stay away from CR)

Thank you very much for advices. Unfortunately, I accidentally found this forum, after a bad situation with this casino.
I used my valid Visa card for deposit but I didn't know that is forbidden to use someone else's MB account because I'm their new customer. Btw, I tried to contact their support several times for a possible solution but they simply ignore my messages. I think that's very unprofessional, how they take care of new customers. Awfully! But, doesn't matter, they will not be honored!
I apologize because I'm a little nervous, but there are two things which I can't tolerate in my life: injustice and deceivers

Not long ago a person did pretty much the same as you. They sent their mothers utility bill in for proof of residence. The support requested documents of the persons mother etc etc and eventually got paid.

If you're telling the truth, there should be no reason for you not to get your money after you go through whatever verification process would be requested after your mistake. However, you are dealing with a casino who is well known for these tactics and don't care about doing the proper thing. So the only thing I can do is wish you luck and hope somehow you get your money. Also, PM the rep as someone else has suggested.

That being said, it baffles me beyond belief how a person does not investigate a company before they use their own money, provide ID and give out their credit card. There are so many scams out there these days, how could you not?

Any time there is a new casino out there offering deposit bonuses or any kind of services where you need to provide ID/money, you have to investigate them. I would never for the life of me deposit on some website just because they email me with some sort of deal.

Anyway, I wont sit here and grill you about it, Im sure you're already stressed out about the situation but please learn from this mistake.

@Danijela: Hi, Max Drayman writing. I handle player complaints and help moderate the forums here at Casinomeister. I'm sure you were only trying to get attention to your issue but you're only hurting yourself by calling the casino a "Fraud" in the title of your thread.

If you want any help from the casino people in resolving your issue kicking them in the face is not the way to start the conversation. I've tweaked the thread title a little to get your point across but still leave the door open for some assistance from the rep.

And yes, as suggested, you should contact the rep (Renee_RA) ASAP.

If that fails then you are free to use our Pitch-A-Bitch service but please do read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ before you proceed. Again, links are in my sig.

Thank you Max, I reacted because I've never had a similar experience before.
I am a very fair person, and I expect the same from others.

Respect
