I am thinking about making a substantial deposit at Virtual Casino. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I see that they have had some past issues earlier this year, but have since changed management. I haven't really seen anything recently in the forums about them. So I was wondering if anyone else has had any recent experiences/complaints at Virtual Casino that they would like to share.

Why would you risk making a "substantial" deposit at a casino that has ripped players off in the past.

If however you are prepared to take the additional risk that you wont get paid as well as the risk that you will lose on the games then fair enough go for it.

I wouldnt touch that group with a ten foot barge pole myself mate:eek:

Ouch! Rudepete, it kinda sounds like you had some trouble with Virtual. Their former manager, Ted, used to be a member of this forum. I don't think the new manager, Danny, is a member yet. If you PM me, I can give you an email address for Danny. I am certain he can sort out any troubles.

And no, everyone, I am not a shill for Virtual Casino, just a long time player who has always been paid. And yes, the 7-10 business day wait for a payout sucks.

As for Virtual, it's your money - I can't tell you how to spend it. Caveat - if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Besides, it's one casino group that gives me the creeps.
IMO....
I think CM is just being a gentleman and putting it nicely by saying...

I appreciate all of your responses, however no one really told of any bad experiences they personally had. Although CasinoMeister not trusting them does make a little weary of the situation. I have been in regular contact with their support and everything seems legit, but I guess we will see. I'll be sure to send a trip report.

If you're wondering about horror stories you need look no further than the archives here or at WOL...or maybe SBR who apparently had an *interesting* brush with Virtual folks on their home ground in Costa Rica recently.

let me take a stab in the dark on this one.

you mention in your opening post that are planning to make a stubstantial deposit, quite sensibly you are checking out the reputation of this group, by now you know there are some "issues" with them, but likewise you will know of other groups where there are no issues at all, e.g. 32red and others.

so for you to have not put your deposit with one of these,but are still considering virtual, tells me that there is a bonus you are tempted by ?

ive seen this on this board so often, i'm guessing you have been sent some unbelievable offer, which is just so good you cant turn it down, probably something like the cirrus offer floating about at the moment, say gamble $2000 and if you lose we will refund the money back to your neteller account within 24-48 hours.

when people have posted similar in the past, no matter how many people tell them that this group is bad news, they hang on to hope that at least one person will tell them that everything is fine, despite this poster being being outnumbered by 10 to 1 or even more.

it isn't really this one poster that you want to listen to, but actually your own greed.

if you have played there in the past and have had no problems, that is no guide to things going smoothly now, because if you have only made small deposits in the past, then why should they rip you off when they could take you for a nice big chunk in the future which it sounds like they are just about to do.

if the above is correct, then you have been warned and if you come back here when things go pear shaped, i will tell you "i told you so".

if my read of the situaion is wrong then i apologise, but do urge you that if you are going to play with big money, play it with one of the big casino groups on here

Having been on the soapbox in favor of this group, I have to admit my concerns regarding their telephone etiquette (vis-a-vis the complaint posted by gmblpdam). Actually, it concerns me a lot. Much more than the 10 business days it takes to get winnings paid. Since I have always been paid winnings, I cannot suggest that you won't get paid if you win. However, I am complacent on playing there until the RTG streakiness has run its course.

I also have to interject that if only someone who knew these things about this group had spoken out (blatantly and truthfully) long before, I would NEVER have stood up for them. In my world to hear that someone/thing is a crook/not to be trusted/rogue is hearsay. If you want me to believe you, then spill out the facts. :eek2:

I received an email from Virtual Danny today that said, in part:

When I became Manager I still couldnt drag myself away from what I loved the most

and that was taking care of you
