You Made It

Ronald, I see you came in and gave my casino a quick once over.
Unfortunately you were not able to leave with anything more than a pleasant
experience. To express to you, how much I would enjoy for you to come back
in, and give me a better opportunity to treat you to an even more enjoyable
gaming experience, I have put a free chip in your account, equal to the
money you deposited with me initially, so you have a better chance to check
out the casino, and more importantly than that, a chance to win some money.
Please remember that all standard free chip rules apply. I have also told
the customer service reps to give you, Ronald, a whopping 200% bonus on your
next deposit, plus a free chip equal to that deposit. How about all of that
for you, to just give us a second chance?

Ronald, I would also ask you to check out your future casino host's special
web site, setup for players just like you. www.virtualdanny.com and also
make sure you check out the different promotions we are running in the
casino; while you are there check out the rules and tips section in the
casino, to get a better understanding of game play.

I also noticed that you had used a credit card when you made that first
deposit, Ronald. I wanted to bring to your attention that we also accept,
most of the other on-line transactions available, such as "The Everyday
Card", "Neteller", "On Demand Funds", , "Firepay", "Citadel" and Western
Union. Most players do use these more secure instruments for their on- line
transactions. If you would like any help setting up an account with these
suppliers, we would love to give you a hand. We also take care of all the
set-up fees for you. Plus on future deposits, the pay offs are quicker and
the bonuses greater when you use one of these forms.

Looking forward to seeing you around the casino, Ronald.

there was no free chip and they said I was not eligable fro a free chip this is faulse advertisment and very very discriminating, dont play with them they will lie and lie, I am very upset. :sniper:

free money

Ron,
Please let me know where we made a mistake. You came in got a 22.00 free chip, than deposited $200.00 of your money and got a 200% bonus. After your loss, we gave you a $200.00 cash back, you lost. You than received The $200.00 Try again match bonus, you lost that. We than gave you one more chance with another $200.00 bonus. After that is when you than claimed you were entitled to more chances. This is when we said NO, because we had all ready given you everything we promised than some. We gave you $1022.00 in bonuses on your $200.00 deposit. Ron you also opened up another account the other day to try and claim another free chip, which is a clear violation of our policies. I am sorry you were not able to win with us, we do have lots of winners everyday, and most are usually able to win, off over $822.00 in bonus money. Sorry about your unpleasent experience.
Ted

no problem with the virtual casino

I had no problems with this casino. danny at support is the best. he sends me many coupons almost daily and has helped my withdrawals go through quick. I can not see him ripping off anyone. i spent about$600 and collected about $900 over a period of 5 months. Sorry that you had a bad time playing here. I had my problems with another casino but not this one. I believe they are trying to be one of the best online casinos.

virtualted, can u show me a link to the rules for the free money, cause i could not find it. Also i just sign up. I need to do some research, cause for some reason i thought u was part of windows casino

This is just a disgruntled player who is angry because they either do not know how to play or had a bad streak. Their intent was to try and damage the name of Virtual and maybe take business away.

The terms and conditions rules are totally misleading. I pointed this out on another board, to which I received the patronizing response "You have been around long enough to know there is nothing misleading there." My subsequent detailed breakdown of the bullshit went unanswered.

"There are some promo bonuses that have CASH BACK option. To qualify for claiming the cash back bonus; the player must not have any balance in the account or any pending requests for payment. Cash back bonuses are treated as any other promotional bonuses, otherwise stated. Cash backs should be played 10 times the amount. They are treated as an additional bonus to the original deposit. The non-cashable bonus will be calculated based from the original bonus of the deposit plus the total amount of cash backs."

Apparently, this is supposed to convey that 1) unfulfilled wagering carries over into the cashback and 2) in order to cash out ANYTHING, you're required to have a balance IN EXCESS of both your original deposit and any sticky bonus you received.

Bullshit. It doesn't even read coherently in English - "The non-cashable bonus will be calculated based from the original bonus of the deposit plus the total amount of cash backs." - a more incoherent sentence I have rarely read on a casino website, and it conveys NOTHING of the required information.

Maybe Ted would care to clarify this matter, preferably without the patronizing attitude displayed last time.

Not to forget this gem:

"No offense to message boards, but they do not really affect the casinos as much as you may think. Actually in honesty business usually goes up when there are bad posts and comments. Most gamblers are that, Gamblers! When they are told this or that casino will never pay you, or hey their casino software is rigged. Gamblers come in just to buck the odds."

That's the line most of the bum operators keep trying to feed players, and it's simply not true.

A relatively small proportion of the overall gambling community may have the smarts and experience to use the fora, but that still constitutes a powerful lobby and a "qualified" audience, so it concerns them alright, and I very much doubt that bad press here actually increases their business!!.

You wouldn't see so many posting here (and there are a lot of lurkers too) otherwise.

Jetset,
I agree with you in a lot of ways. I believe that the forums are a great source of feedback for the casinos. But when the people who are doing the posting and the bitching are not willing to give any ideas, or solutions to the problems. Than they too, just become part of the problem. As Mr caruso forgot to point out, he is a player at Virtual Casino,(even with the rules he does not understand), and on the post where I made the comment about the casino boards I also said I would gladly listen to all sugestions on how to run things better. Funny thing was on that "Sucks" forum, I did not get one reply on how to fix things. Also, I have posted on a few boards that if ANY player or if an AFFILIATE, knows of any player, who has been wronged by Virtual casino, contact me. As of this point 6 months, I have had three players and NO affiliates respond to my request. So sorry to be blunt when I have said " if you are not part of the solution than you are part of the problem."
As for Caruso's question, as you pointed out, "A cash back has a 10x play through" it is not part of the original waggering requirements. That is why when you won on your cash back you were paid. Tha paragraph you keep pointing to says that the cash back bonus plus your original bonus will be combined and removed from your withdrawal balance. It does not say that the waggering requirements will be combined.

 to Jetset who knows the correct plural form for forum in Latin!

It doesn't say anything of the kind - are you really trying to argue this with a native speaker? Good grief man, get a grip on yourself. This is the passage in question:

"The non-cashable bonus will be calculated based from the original bonus of the deposit plus the total amount of cash backs."

Where does this say anythig about "combining and removing" anything?? It says nothing of the kind. If you WANTED to convey this information you could do it easily - in fact, you could have cut & pasted the text I gave you on Sucks. You choose NOT to because you do NOT want to convey it - because it's more profitable to mislead your customers, the majority of whom you know don't read the boards and have NO recourse when you pull this screw-job on them. That's your priviledge: running a rogue casino is evidently profitable to you, as you've already claimed. More power to you, LOL.

Heh - the result of a wasted classical education! And a Latin master who could score a hit on your head with a blackboard duster at twenty paces!

Did I read this correct???

Message boards are used by players as a place to voice their opinions, and to share experiences. Casino operators should value these threads as a powerful tool in understanding how the players feel regarding varied issues.

With this in mind, since when is it the players issue to sort out a casino's problems? As an operator, it is YOUR job to know what is working well and what is not. Further, it is also your job to make whatever corrections are necessary. To infer that message board posters (which include your "customers") are the "problem" is one of the most embarrassing and insulting comments I've seen from an operator.

You say you've posted on a "few boards." Well, here's a solution that any operator should be able to figure out...contact your affiliates DIRECT, via email or phone. A "few boards" won't do the job.

If indeed you have had "NO affiliates respond" to your request, perhaps the only affiliates promoting your casino truly don't care if there are problems. It's not as if there aren't some affiliates who won't care who they promote, provided THEY are paid.

And right back atcha...it is the CASINO OPERATOR'S job to be the solution to its own problems.

Truly unbelievable. :icon_twis

Taking the advise from Jetset, that is exactly what we have been doing. We have not spammed boards trying to attract new players. We have gone about our business keeping our 70,000 + depositers happy. All I am doing here is trying to clear up, the things that a small percentage of our actual depositers felt was wrong. Miss Greedy Girl, I did not suggest that the boards were useless or that it was the players responsibility to say how to run the casino. What I was asking for was constructive critisism, regarding what you would do. I did not say I would do that. I said I would look in to it. I have gotten a few replies since yesterday, and most I will not be able to do. It does not mean that I don't care what the customer sugests, it is just absurd to change rules of black jack to dealer must have 19 or better to win, or it should be a push if a player busts, or ties go to the player.
Jetset as for your question as being like the Phoenician, we are not that type of casino. We are a big bonus casino, where you get the most bang for your buck. I called them and asked if I could get a 400% bonus and a 100% cash back and they said they could not do it. Each and every casino runs things in different ways, to cater to the whole gambling community. As I told bethug, if he wants to play with no bonuses, than yeah we can give 48 hour payout, but the majority of our customers are not looking to play with out a bonus.

Hi Ted,

Can you please tell me who this 'virtualdanny' is? Not their name, but their relation to your casino. I got an email over the weekend from virtualdanny advertising a 2000% bonus at Virtual (consisting of 2 - 999% bonuses), but I'm quite sure I've never signed up at Virtual, yet it says that I did sign up but never deposited.

I'm wondering if this is an affiliate of yours or a marketing arm of the casino.

JPM that was not us. Danny is one of the casino hosts here, who has been here for awhile now. He handels most of the in comming customer deposits. He has a core group of customers he e-mails daily with specials, and also we have a web site called www.Virtualdanny.com, so those who have e-mail blocks can still get the same bonus offers. I am interested to see who actually sent the e-mail. All though imitation is the best form of flattery, mis leading people is wrong. We do offer high bonuses, but very seldom, do we ever go above the 400% range.

As far as this "Danny" sending out unsolicited spam.....funny how you have an excuse for that. Yet, over at Sucks you stated that Danny doesn't have internet access. How then is he able to send out his spam...not to mention run his Virtual Casino website?
You state that no one has given you concrete suggestions on how to improve. Greedy's right....that's not our job. That's YOUR job...and (unfortunately) Virtual has been around more than long enough to have figured out how to be an honest, trustworthy casino. It is because of casinos of your ilk that RTG's get lumped together as rogue. If you want to become a respected operation, then copy every single thing INetBet has done.....THAT is a classy, honest RTG.
By the way......maybe peple should read the drivel you have posted at other forums, like Sucks. Your main point always seems to be....."So what if we've been a piece of crap before? Too bad. Love me NOW."

Looks like I already flushed that email, unfortunately, but it did reference the virtualdanny.com website. It did say something like 'you visited our casino but didn't play' and had 3 or 4 bonus coupons in it. The subject line said 2000% bonus and as I mentioned, the codes were for two 999% bonuses, and both coupons began with 'B' and I think were mostly consonants. As I said, it was odd because it addressed me by name but I'm pretty certain I've never signed up at Virtual. The only thing I remember from the header was that it did not come from virtualcasino.com, but from casino<something>.com like casinodesk.com or something like that (I think that one is FL's domain though).

I remember playing here on the free n/d and used it already. Not sure if this is another free coupon? Was this what CM wanted if one received emails?

Yes,
That is my letter, and we do stand by those terms. Also it is only sent out after opening an account, hence the player login and password.
Thank you for pointing out the link at virtual danny site. We changed IP address internally and we did not reestablish that link. It will be up and running today.
Ted

Casinodesk.com is part of the Desert Dollar group and doubt that they would have sent the e-mail purporting to be Virtualdanny as they are not even the same software type.

The only casino who consistently spams my e-mail with offers of 999% and above is Connectocasino. As far as I know, they are the only ones that offer this high of a bonus. I recently got one from them for 3000% bonus, although there was no virtualdanny.com reference, it consisted of 3 different bonus codes.

Just for the record, I love Virtual Casino and I love Virtual Danny and I am one happy player there. If I don't understand a T&C, I ask. If I still don't understand, I ask again. You don't have to wait 24 hours for a reply from these guys, they will answer you right away. I have no problems here and have always been treated fairly. NO WHERE do I receive the personal treatment I receive from Danny and Ted. I think you guys are fabulous!
