As I mentioned back in June, I was going to consider placing Virtual and Aces Revenue in the Reservation. I was planning to place this up for a vote, but due to the number of BS agenda laden posts, there was no way that an impartial vote could be made. I discussed this here:

Anyway, to make a long story short - it's been seven months since that post, and fourteen months since they were on probation (since November 2013). During this time period, there has been only seven legit complaints - all have been dealt with and resolved.

And I'm sure that there are others who disagree with me. Well, that's fine - I never expected a meister love-in.

Is the payout schedule going to affect their rating? They take approximately 30 days from withdrawal to depositing into players account which I feel is way to long of a process. The withdrawal sits in the cashier window for 15 days where you deposit before it is processed. I will also say I have been paid each and every time but it is a very slow and long process. Tawnivirtualace has been a great help in speeding it up a day or two. Every day counts!

If it were other casinos personally I would bear no grudges on them being placed on Reservation after so many months of good behaviour but this is Virtual and they have a knack of ripping off players several years after promising in no uncertain terms to be good. Once bitten twice shy. Bryan, you have been bitten half a dozen times and I applaud you for your forgiving attitude. That said, I respectfully disagree to giving these out=and=out rogues yet another chance unless they meet very stringent conditions.

Actually, though a vote may be deemed to be not impartial it is the result of the poor show from them over the past decade and as the saying goes ;You reap what you sow'.

Speaking from the heart I would agree with Chu completely, having monitored this operator's appalling history in past years and the Virtual penchant for false reform, but my head tells me this one may be different and hopefully permanent.

The low complaint ratio and genuine resolution of issues over a quite impressive timespan in this most recent drive for respectability looks promising, and I am sure that CM - after all this reputational risk and effort to encourage the operator to fly right - will be quick to stamp out any signs of regression at Virtual.

This operator is still in the Reservation, and the PAB services provided by Max are available, so I guess for now it's a fair outcome...but many, including myself, will be wary and watchful of this operator going forward.

To be honest, I dont trust RTG casinos because of many reasons, not the least of which is the control over RTP and the lack of posting publicly RTP. I also realize that other people like to playh things besides slots. So there may be very good things about rtg.

All that aside, if you go back and read most of the posts over the last year or so the forum rep really went above and beyond and she REALLY helped. So what do we want in an accredited casino? or even one that is not rogued? Responsive to player needs and complaints? we have that. Casinomeiister having a relationship in which we can go through if we need help? seemingly have that too. So the only thing that seems to be missing here is timely payouts. I just cannot say I will never give another chance to a casino or group. They have proven to be at least non rogue over the last year. Give them the benefit of the doubt. If they werent RTG then I would give them a shot based on what I have read here and certainly the fact that casinomiestier beleives that they should not be rogued. Good enough for me!

I'm sure you guys know it but perhaps it's worth stating outright for the general readership: if there is good cause to believe that any of this promised change for the better from Virtual/AceRevenue is bogus then OF COURSE they'll get booted back into the Pit. It's not like Bryan has given them the keys to the castle, he's still well in control of this process.

I am guilty of being one of those posters with a personal vendetta against Virtual and I will not say I am sorry, ain't happening !

@CM, I will hope that you will use your influence to get this group to change their payout time frame as 30 days is a no do , it is not like they can not afford to payout in a decent timely manner.

I will not bad mouth them again on the forum , hell I might even deposit again with them but will tell you if I do cashout and it goes 1 minute after 30 days I will be driving Max bat shit crazy

Please bear in mind that USA players have few accredited or marginally 'safe' casinos to play, RTG being the primary software available to us. As a side note, I personally recommend those who live in the 'free' world with many, many better options than RTG to steer clear of them and any USA facing casinos - especially if you value timely payouts.

If I play online again, it won't be Virtual, but I appreciate Bryan keeping an eye on them and having the PAB available for those that choose to do so.

Whether it was because play was on a free chip or the setting was on the lowest, don't know. Can say never thought about the WD period since a WD wasn't gonna happen

I am on my 4th withdrawal since I started playing a few months ago finding them offered here on reservation (CM notice). The first withdrawal was very speedy from reading the 30 day period. Within 3 weeks. 2nd also was quite fast, again 3 weeks. The third was 30 days I believe and I now have one that has been sitting in the cashier window over 12 days waiting to be processed and approved and removed from the cashier deposit window.

Tawnivirtualace has helped each time, but I know she can only do so much with the withdrawal time frame since it is written in rules.

I really dont see how any site can think that these timescales are acceptable, but it really is the fault of players at the site, if they keep playing and are happy to get paid a month after they win, then theres no reason for the casino to speed up their payouts. Im afraid thats way too long for me, and I still dont see why there should be a problem with paying out within 24 to 48 hours, we do after all live in a 24 hour society.

I agree totally. 30 days never was acceptable when there were more choices for USA players. Now, we still end up waiting a minimum of 15 days from most RTG casinos. There are a select few that do not go past 10 days but very few. So, I have been very patient with the withdrawals from Slots of Vegas because I have other funds in between being deposited into my account. I never have reversed any monies once it is in the withdraw window. That defeats the purpose of the withdrawal.

I go to another casino and deposit and play knowing money will be coming soon. I have emailed these casinos and let them know many players will not deposit as long as the withdrawal sits in the cashier window and I am one of them, Hopefully they understand how much they are losing by delaying the processing and how many players go to other casinos and deposit funds there while waiting for their withdrawal to be processed out of the cashier window.

I think they said they were going to 'work' on it.

As another poster above correctly pointed out as long as players keep depositing there really is no impetus for them to change. IMO the vast majority of these casinos* that focus primarily on the US market know that their time is drawing to a close and they see no reason to go the extra mile for players that are basically 'stuck' with them; it's their way or the highway.

*There are still a few shining examples that do work hard to keep their customers happy.

BIG Heads Up!!

So Virtual and Aces Revenue are trying to stay out of the pit, right? Reservation may not be enough as they are STILL practicing what I call their "dirty tricks."

So call me gullible, you decide. My email receives free chip offers from both Virtual and Aces Revenue on a regular basis. How they got my current email is a mystery to me. When I played there 10+ years ago, my email was different than my current email, which I have had for 6+ years. I digress.

Trying to give the benefit of the doubt about their "change" and new business practice and because Bryan is being very supportive of these brands, I redeemed a free chip for Planet 7 the other day. It redeemed ok, but the RTP was a joke.

So no surprise that yesterday there was a free chip from Captain Jack in my email, ostensibly to celebrate the new year (not for new players only). Ok I redeemed it and actually was having fun playing the slots. That didn't last long.

The bonus round on Triple Twister froze and would not restart. After trying to log in and out a couple of times, even trying to start a new game, an error message would appear saying "redirecting to pending game Triple Twister." So I was stuck and went to live chat for help.

Kerri appeared and asked for my email, which was provided. Kerri asked for my username, again provided. Kerry then said she had logged me out and scolded me for using consecutive free chips. WTF?

I redeemed one chip at Planet 7 and one at Captain Jack. Not multiple chips at the same casino. I thought they sent me these happy new year chips as a way for me to change my attitude about these brands and to try the new games. Wrong.

To clarify, the username/password used to login was the one set up when I opened the account years ago at the Virtual Casino.

I'll stick with Club World (no dirty tricks).

Their rules do state that you can't use two free chips in a row, but nothing about them having any sister casinos.
So if you never had used any before then they were wrong removing it.

Actually I think Club World maybe are the only RTG that doesn't have that rule yet, or they have and I've missed it

To be fair a lot of casino groups do not like players using consecutive free chips throughout their casino groups.

It must also look surprising to them that a player that has been nowhere near their casinos for years suddenly starts redeeming free chips at different casinos in their group.

Must admit I was kind of surprised that knowing how you feel about that group that your accounts were not all closed by you long ago. Good to see you are sort of giving them a bit of a chance tho.

Hey Suze, do you still have the email(s) that they sent? Does it say anything (or link to anything) about redeeming multiple free chips across the casinos on it?

One of the issues about this group previously is that they were throwing out free chips like candy but it didn't mention anywhere that the players weren't allowed to claim them - so players would only become aware of it once they tried to cash out. Which is a little frustrating if you spend a whole bunch of time playing and meeting the playthrough only to find out that you weren't supposed to use that coupon anyhow.

For any RTG casinos that have this rule, it doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to incorporate a fix into the cashier that if you try to claim a free chip coupon and your last transaction was also a freebie, you aren't able to claim the second one. Maybe that's something that needs to be added by RTG, but it would sure be useful.
