VIP.COM making excuses--Not making bankwire payout

VIP.COM has given three different excuses over the last 10 days why I haven't received my bank wire payout. I have told by 3 different people that the money was sent "this morning" on 3 different days. I haven't seen a penny in my bank account yet.
