I haven't been able to play at these places for a few years so what do I know. I do think that they are HIGHLY regarded. If they started acting rogue then the whole thing is coming down on us. I think they are publicly traded? I'm not discounting you but I am saying lets get some facts in the case before we all start backing you up here. It just seeeeems unlikely from my perspective that THIS group would not be way above board.
I didn't see anything on any other forum about Intercasino not responding with customer service either.

@unhappy: Hi. I understand you are pissed off at these guys but you need to understand that dumping that message all over our forums is not the solution to your problem(s). In fact you are creating problems of your own because by doing what you've done you not only make works for us in cleaning up the mess but you are in fact violating our Forum Rules, on several counts:
1.2 - No "cross posting". In other words, do not post the same message to more than one thread or topic section. Cross postings will be deleted and posting privileges may be suspended for doing so.
1.11 - Please do not exploit this board to promote your own personal agenda. If the moderators (and members) feel that you are spamming the board with links or ad copy to your website, harassing members with agenda laden posts, or consistently ragging on a casino that did you wrong, etc., your account may be suspended.
2.2 - Do not post a complaint without notifying the appropriate casino representative by either PM or email. The casino representatives are listed here.
So ... chill a bit, read the Forum Rules, post accordingly. Thanks. :thumbsup:

ok if there is a full set of numbers then the numbers at vip casino arent right when i downloaded the vip casino every number there was out of service and not only that the winners list was from 2007 ,then i couldnt get hold of online chat there so i was really wndering what was going on

Just tried.

I selected several countries at random, and nothing happens. The number to call remains shown as:-


00 800 24 67 92 61

Same number when I select Canada, or Afghanistan - doesn't change.


I don't think this number DOES work from Canada, since this is an EU only toll free format, not one used the other side of the Atlantic.

Because this is supposed to work from the drop down list, there is no alternative means to look up country specific numbers.


VIP Casino has this at the top of the home page.


Worldwide: (+1) 866-578-8338 Canada: (+1) 866-793-0341UK: 0800 587 4039
As you see, 0800 and 00800 ONLY work from the UK (and EU for 00800)

This type of number has no "country code", since it is NOT a location specific number, but a generic "call centre" number, also known as a "non geographic number", since it does not exist as a physical receiving phone in a specific location.

The US and Canada code such numbers differently, and the US number will NOT work from here in the UK.
