Hi all!!

Just as the subject says this is my problem. Deposited with my girlfriends NETELLER, CasinoACC is in my name.
They said make withdrawal to my neteller account instead so everything is in my name only.
That is the cause they locked my account for, thus themselves recommended this and all winnings are VOiD too.

Peace and help...maybe? :)

What if you create a Neteller account under your name and withdraw to that? If they accept the money from someone else's account they should accept withdrawals to it...
But I suspect Villento is rogue...

You should NEVER EVER use someone else's bank card or e-wallet to deposit - you are just asking for trouble.
And ALWAYS enter honest and correct information when signing-up too, to avoid problems later.

Villento are not rogue (not accredited either) - they are part of the Casino Rewards Group and they have an excellent rep here on CM:

(Bear in mind she lives on the other side of the planet - so will only respond during your night-time!)

Have you got your own Neteller account?
If not, maybe you could make a deposit with a credit card or something, and then withdraw to that.
Sounds from what you said that they are being fairly reasonable - many casinos would have just given you the boot!
Contact them again and find out exactly what all your possible options are.

Why do Villento accept it then? Money in is obviously more important than money out...

Unfortunately it is pretty much the same with all casinos - they will take money from anywhere and only investigate when the player's come to cash out. :(

In this particular case, I don't think Neteller even tell the casino what the player's account name is - so there would be no way for them to check at the deposit stage...

I would say, ROGUE, if they don't check money IN. That would solve a LOT of problems. I don't know why you defend this case...

If that is your measure, just about ALL casinos would be rogue! :eek2:

I totally agree that casinos SHOULD check upon deposit - but unless something very dramatic changes across the whole gaming industry, that ain't gonna happen anytime soon... :(

I have never come across a casino that checks money "In " I am afraid - only money out just as Kasino King says

Hmmm, most casinos I don't need to do KYC, because my Neteller checks out I guess. So if the OP creates a matching Neteller, he should be allowed to cash out. Not just lock and void...
