I was indecisive as to whether or not to post this, but reading all the negative posts of late made up my mind for me.
Most of you know that I'm part of the 32Red/Pat Harrison fan club, but once in a while, I do like a change of scenery...so I make an occasional deposit at Villento Las Vegas (sorry Pat, lol). Their support is top rate (fast, efficient and friendly), their cashouts are hassle free and quick, and their promos are okay. By no means have I been anything but a very low roller there. Anyway, I've been pretty sick the last while and because of something else that happened, it came to the manager's attention there.
Yesterday, I go out in my backyard, and there in the carport on a table sits this huge cardboard box marked "Fragile". Lo and behold, it's addressed to me. I love surprises. So I bring it in and open it up, and inside is this enormous gift basket, loaded with cheeses, crackers, fine chocolates, cookies, etc. You get the idea. I was dumbfounded. So I open the card and it's from Graham and the team at Villento. It just said "Sorry to hear you've been in the hospital, and best wishes for a speedy recovery". I can be a real sap anyway, but I found this really touching. I have face to face real life friends who haven't even bothered to call me, I think you get my drift.
This was so reminiscent of Pat and 32Red (who have also been great). If Villento is using 32 as a role model, a big thumbs up to them. So I know some people don't care to read this stuff, but I wanted to publicly acknowledge their kindness. A big thank you to Graham and all of you at Villento. You brightened my day!!
