Villento Casino

Too bad they don't have a forum rep onboard yet (or I missed them)

I called them several times.
They told me to wait, as they were translating my documents.
They required documents first. I sent them quickly and it has been a month now or more they got theese documents, and they tell me they need more time to translate them.
Now tell me, how could you translate a name or an adress??
And then tell me if you could, how could it take more than a month???
unbelievable behavior of this casino, and I am really upset.
Stil waiting for my 4000

miracle

just received an email, stating that they paied.
And they did , after 6 weeks. crazy, yipiehhhyeah
well I ll make a party with my friends.does recommend a Microgaming casino that pays fast ?????????????

If you use an ecocard or neteller, many will pay within days... Jackpot Factory is fast, iNetbet if you like RTG at all, 3Dice is probably immediate for Brazil... golden reef. music hall, challenge.

Good luck:thumbsup:

Update as promised

Received my cashout this past Saturday, so kudos to Villento! Cashed out 10/2 and received payment by snail mail on 10/20. :DWill definitely play here again.

Customer Service, Yes! Winning NO!!!

I agree with most of the posters here that Villento has great customer service. Very Responsive. I play mostly at Fortune Lounge, Vegas Partners and Casino Rewards groups. I'm not saying those groups are bad, but Villento is much quicker. I fund my accounts with pre-paid credit cards. Most have a limit as to how many credit cards you can register. When I reach limit I have to write customer support to have them removed. At other casino groups this process can take from several hours to a few days. I've even stopped playing at some because of the hoops they make you go through to deactivate existing cards, it's crazy. But at Villento they do this in a matter of minutes! I've only been playing there for a short while, mostly in response to match deposit offers, which are honored as soon as you claim the bonus, awesome!! On the downside, I have no experience with withdrawls there because I cannot win anything at their casino. I'm not saying that I'm rakin it in at other casinos, I'm not. But man o man, the deposit process at Villento usually takes longer than it does for me to play through my deposit. By far I have had the worst luck in terms of winning here. For me its usually a process of depost and lose, deposit and lose. They don't even throw me a bone and let me play for a little bit.

Sorry to hear that Ericowens. I lose quite often there (as elsewhere), but I have at least some peace of mind that I will be paid if I do win. These days, just finding one casino out of the thousands out there that pays, is a victory in itself. Hate having to wait three weeks, but better than things winding up in the CASINO COMPLAINTS section here. Villento has done good in my opinion. The service is good, and they do what they say they will. What more can I ask for with things the way they are here in the USA.

Villento won't pay my winnings

Hello,

it's surprising to see so many positive comments about Villento Casino.

But my winnings from yesterday they don't want to pay. The locked my account today, and said it was my wish to lock.

I never asked Villento Casino to lock my account. 1 Month ago i locked my accounts at Casinorewards and palace group, but definetely not Villento Casino.

Now they say that the cannot pay my winnings, due to regulations of their processing company.

By the way i won 10.000 Euro. It is really frustrating.

Maybe somebody has so advise for, because it's really hard, when you are so lucky to win 10.000 Euro, and then the Casino says, that they don't pay.

Hi Anakin....you mentioned closing your accounts with Casino Rewards and Palace Group. I don't know the reasons for that, but I wonder if Villento locking your account has to do with this thread here:

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/self-exclude-danger.31203/

The original poster mentioned wanting to close his accounts with Casino Rewards, and was told that his name could be put onto a list, and that he may have problems in the future with other casinos. In any event, I hope you get your money. If you closed your accounts because you weren't happy with the casinos, that is one thing. But if you self-excluded yourself and told CR and Palace Group it was due to a gambling problem...then you may find your accounts at other casinos locked as well.

Which is further proof that MGS has a shared DB of "bad" or "excluded" players....

Do these casinos all share the same payment processor?

Unfortunately Villento Casino won't pay me my winnings

In some other Casinos, which also locked my accounts after one day, becaus of this "Black List", i was also able to deposit money and play. The difference to Villento Casino was, that i didn't win anything.

So i asked them to refund my deposits, because i was not allowed to play, due to this "black list".

The answer was NO. What a surprise.

So, i come to the conclusion, that the Casinos can act how ever they want in such cases. If the person who is in the "Black List" wins money, they refund your deposit, but you see nothing from your winnings, but if you don't win, they just say, that they cannot refund any deposits.
Not very fair!

think about it

MAYBE just maybe you should stop and think before you call people criminals and the like as it is rare to get a really good online casino but with attitudes like this they may stop wanting to be so helpful....i never dealt with them however the general feeling here is they are okay, not that i dont understand your frustrations but maybe a wee apology on here would go a long way ....oh and congrats on your win hun......

Unfortunately Villento Casino won't pay me my winnings

As I hope you will have read in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ it is very unwise to post on the forums while you have a PAB in progress. Because this post makes your PAB a public issue I am now setting the PAB aside: you can take your chances here on the boards.

FWIW, this situation is pretty much as Pinababy has described it: OP asked to be self-excluded and other MG casinos are following suit.

Why you put the PAB aside?

Am I not allowed to post anything in the meanwhile?

I mean i would just want to clarify, in case of that Villento is not going to pay my winnings, if i have the right to get back my deposits from other Casinos, which act as same as Villento (You are in Black List, bla bla...), and locked my account. Villent doesn't pay me my winning, pays me my deposits. in the other casino i didn't win, so i would expect, that they refund me my deposits, becaus as i see it form Villento Casino, they wouldn't have paid me winnings anyway.

Why you put the PAB aside?

Am I not allowed to post anything in the meanwhile?

In the first stages of the PAB process you are told to read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ wherein you will find the following:

Q: What are my responsibilities once the PAB is submitted?

A: Once you've submitted your PAB we have entered into an informal contract: you've asked for our help and we are working to help you.
Your part of the contract is three-fold:

  • be available to assist the case:
    • you must be reachable at the email address you provided in your PAB.
    • you must respond in a timely fashion:
      • responding in a day or two is ok.
      • several days is pushing it.
      • a week is too long.
      • longer than that and you risk having your PAB cancelled.
  • don't sabotage your PAB by discussing it on the forums: wait until the PAB process has run it's course before you go public with it.
  • inform us as soon as the casino has resolved your issue for you.

That's one instance where this is stated, there are several others. If you want to use the PAB process then read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. If you don't and you screw things up then you have yourself to blame.

So, my PAB is cancelled now?

Yes, as explained in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ it is pointless to try use the PAB process once an issue has been posted to the message boards and become the subject of public debate. Once in a while this isn't strictly true, in this case it is.

You should consider what you said to Casino Rewards when closing your accounts. If you did NOT "self exclude" under the scheme for blocking problem gamblers, then Casino Rewards have acted improperly by passing your name to the "blacklist".

The other casinos MUST apply the blacklist CONSISTENTLY, which means all BETS should be void, not all WINNINGS.

It is advisable NEVER to request account closure, especially now that some groups seem so arrogant to ASSUME that no player could POSSIBLY be closing an account because of "crap" service, so MUST be doing so because of a "gambling problem".
Play (or withdraw) down to zero, then uninstall. The CASINO group may then close the account after 180 days of inactivity, but I have found that few do.

Microgaming themselves may have this blacklist, so you should use the EU wide data protection laws to pursue this. ProcCyber is the main processor for MGS casinos, and they seem to be based in the UK. Recently, Datacash seems to be doing a fair bit of processing, and is taking the place of ProcCyber on my statements, so they MIGHT be the same group, but renamed.
