Viks Casino - in the reservation

Hello,

Thank you first of all for dropping a comment. :)

I depends on how you look at it, for example, if we don't let you reverse a withdrawal it's like that we are deciding over your funds. We like to give the option.

Another example is: You withdraw 500 but you would like to play 50, you reverse the withdrawal, you do a new withdrawal again 450 in this case, play your 50 like normal and all good all square.

Ill talk to my team about stating it more upfront and see what we can do about it.

Of course it's not about us hoping you will reverse it and lose it. If that was the case why deposit in the first place? Also people can reverse it and win. It all comes down to choosing what you as a player want to do with your money. We don't want to restrict that and want to have it as an option, and that's exactly the reason we have it there.

Thank you once again for commenting.

We wish you a lovely day!

no I'm sorry, by not processing a withdrawal for 24 hours the player only has 2 choices, reverse or don't reverse. Processing it straight away they have hundreds of choices, deposit again, don't deposit again, buy some beer, go for a meal etc etc.
A player has already 'decided over their funds' by clicking the withdraw button. Making it pending and reversible is you saying 'ok, we know you want your money but we will hold it for 24 hours before you can have it'
As I say you are fully entitled to have this policy, other casino's do too, but don't make it as though you are doing the customer a favour, you're not and I very much doubt anyone will agree that you are.
