I've had a really bad run this year at videoslots - This is the ONLY site I play it.
I have recently contacted "loyalty" on a few occasions for my bad run(s) - The emails back from loyalty say that they feel I have a problem (Maybe I do lol)- anyway- feeling very frustrated maybe I do need to take a break from them..
But anyway- just looking for other members here that have been completely un-noticed from the loyalty there? I do appreciate the weekend boosters etc- But being so loyal there- should there not be something else?

Just looking for others opinions on this whole thing?
anyone else have issues trying to get a little extra after loss after loss?
The LAST thing I need after a nasty run is to be told that I have a problem, and give me a free battle ticket.

Advice please??
thanks

A loss is a loss -what keeps online casinos in business is our losses whether big or small. If every player was given a free chip for losses - the industry would bottom out. I see their point

Your right on the money as far as Loyalty perks at Videoslots - they are few and far between - I've enjoyed the whopping 25 free spins @ 0.10 a spin or a 2x race booster with each level cracked.
I've cracked a few :D When you think of the few $1000 to get to each level plus the hours of play - its f$%k all. Rather put my larger deposits in a casino that rewards levels (loyalty and deposit) with more than a few free spins or a "Battle Ticket". Playing Battles can be as fun as bathing in acid - when your competing with over 700 other players for a few free spins which usually amount to mere cents.
IF you are lucky enough to get any at all.

lol@colins post. So true.

Another bash videoslots loyalty thread!! nahh I wont get into that ive said my piece on it a few times.

But you need to take a break and I suggest you refrain from saying you may have a gambling problem unless you really do because some casinos will take just that half assed comment seriously and exclude you.

Take a break and come back in a few weeks. It refreshes the mind sometimes and gives you the feeling you are starting fresh and not thinking of all the losses that have built up week after week.

People really need to accept that when you deposit most times you are going to lose. yeah there are hot streaks that happen but they can be rare. Look at your money, kiss it goodbye and deposit to have fun. Hoping to make money is just setting yourself up for frustration and disappointment.

I have said it many times before but just like other casinos, the VIP Department will only be in touch when you win big.

Think about it.... why give you free money to recover some of your losses. From a casinos point of view it is much better to look after the winners in the hope that they spunk their winnings back because you are set to lose it back eventually.

100% true. When I won £5k recently on Pocket Fruity, they sent me a champagne hamper :D

I closed my account not long after (for 4 weeks) until I had spent all the winnings on my family ;)

Close your account there mate.
VS loyalty is the worst place in the online casino world you can go to when awaiting any compensations for bad streaks.
At VS loyalty simply means nothing.
It’s a place where you can have a few minutes entertainment with and for small or no money. That’s it.

Videoslots are more generous than any other Casino i have ever played. What do you get from 32Red ? 100% Deposit Bonus up to 50.00 once a Month...

I find Videoslots to be one of the top sites when it comes to player loyalty. Battle tokens, Free spin vouchers. SNG Freerolls. I cant think of a site that comes close to this in terms of player rewards, And with no wagering may i add.

I'm pretty happy with Videoslots.

The xmas bonus was one of the best out there and the weekend booster and race winning work well for me.

I prefer to not play with a bonus, as your odds on to lose.

Low stakes double or triple my money and I,m happy to cash out

I play at redbet not 32red.
And there I get every week 100% up to 1000eur plus 50-200 superspins (depending on my deposits) worth 1eur per spin.
What do you get from VS?
When you’re on a loosing streak their cashback is a bad joke and their freespins worth 3eur in total is a bad joke as well when you deposit min 3k eur each month. So don’t tell me they’re generous when it comes to „real money“. As I said VS might be good for „low stake players“. But their model is simply the badest one you can choose when you deposit „more money“ on a regular base.
