Resolved Videoslots: Won over €1000 then banned!

Dear Online Gambling Community,

I need your help! Yesterday I started to play my Battle of Slots Final at Videoslots "Round 5 - Jackpot Chase". The prize pool was 5500€, distributed in:

1. 50% (2750€)
2. 25 % (1375€)
3. 15% (825€)
4. 10% (550€)

Everything went well and I was at first place still having some spins and time left. The other players at this point have used all of their spins already, expect one (But this guy only had a couple of them left and was far off). So even if in the unlucky event the guy would pass me, I would still get 1375€ (2nd Place).

But just half an hour before the end of the battle, I was not able to finish my last 32 Spins. I went straight for the support, asking what is going on. They told me that they will sort it out and an admin will contact me.

When I woke up this morning I tried to login to check the current situation.
I got banned WITHOUT ANY REASON.

Again I tried to contact the live support via chat and telefon both in German and English but they could not help be, apart from that I have to write an email (which I did)

In addition I still had money left on my account which I cannot access now...

Long story short: I won almost 3000€ and was banned without seeing an single cent.

Now I need you help guys! Is there anyone of you who had a similiar experience or knows Videoslots?

A friendly word of advice though, I might consider changing the thread title (as it’s a strong word to use for one of our top casinos)
He has used a question mark which makes the title fair? he isn't proclaiming it is fraud he is asking if it is and just because it is a "top casino" should make no difference if it is a top casino or a rogue to what the title is.

Gee sorry Cm policeman... for offering some friendly advice. Did you roll out of bed on the wrong side today or just generally in a contarary mood?

My point was, if you want help from a casino then a word like that might not be A way to win them over.

So do I have to change the title? As soon as the problem is solved, I will change the title and in case delete this whole thread.

Your account got blocked due to a bug in our system. Several users took advantage of a bug in our system which generated themself 200,000+ eur in battle tickets. Any winnings these players won with these tickets got confiscated. The bug that was explored was to have an active weekend booster multiplier and register and deregister from battles multiple time. Each time they did this they generated an extra battle ticket.
All accounts exploring this bug excessively have been blocked and winnings generated from it confiscated.
It might be that you have been caught up in this fraud by accident and we are reviewing all accounts that got blocked again to make sure this is not the case. Everything was done in a hurry from our side when we noticed the issue.

We ask you to wait until you file a PAB or compliant to MGA so we have the time to review this again.
You can expect an answer today or latest tomorrow.

Maestro9, I would strongly suggest you exercise some patience here. I can only imagine how you feel, but we are coming into a weekend, and it seems like a large issue.

I also think that the PAB service here (Player Arbitration Terms) Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures would be a better path than MGA. MGA is not noted for being swift dealing with complaints. Hope you won't need it, but go read the link, and make sure you understand it.
