Maybe no answer to the complaint, but could you make a statement for clarity? Many players were asking if joining from a public place could result in account closures in general.

What do you want clarified exactly? Why this guy's account was closed? They already stated why and referred to their terms. Anything more is between the player, Videoslots, and their licensing jurisdiction. The player has not taken us up on the offer of mediating this - so there you go.

Ahh no no! You misunderstood me, I wanted clarity about the question "Can I register anywhere without getting problems later on?" For example, if I register at Mc Donalds and a guy there is self-excluded will I have any trouble later?

If they would write "You can register from everywhere without getting problems later" this would important information for me. I really do not want to start a discussion about the player case with my posting. I will re-read the thread maybe I overlooked something.

But you will be disappointed by your service and no clear answers, that remains a mystery.

By the way, video slots violate their own rules. See term 1.4.3.

Well then by all means take them to court and quit trying to find out how you got caught in a public forum.

Either put up or shut up. In other words, submit your PAB here or take a hike. This is the second reminder of our zero tolerance policy. Read our freaking rules. :mad:

2.2 - Do not post a complaint without notifying the appropriate casino representative here. If you cannot locate the appropriate casino rep, please inform us by stating so in your initial post. FAILURE TO NOTIFY THE CASINO REP MAY JEOPARDIZE YOUR ACCOUNT.

2.3 - Ensure your complaint is free from offensive or abusive language, and that the complaint is tactful and truthful. Making false claims are grounds for banishment or drawn and quartering.

2.4 - Casinomeister does not condone player fraud in any shape or form. If you knowingly commit fraud (creating bogus casino accounts, using fake IDs, committing Credit Card fraud, chargebacks, etc.) you will be permanently banned from the forum.

We have a strict no tolerance policy. If you break any of the posting complaints rules, you may find your account closed permanently.
