Videoslots withdrawal of large win

Award winning Videoslots is reviewed by Casinomeister
It's pretty sad that when we should be celebrating a massive win and reassuring a newbie member that everything will be cool, we have a thread that is beating up Videoslots. What the hell? This is not some shithole casino, it's Videoslots.

All seasoned players should know - many of whom are posting in this thread, that most large wins are audited - I understand that you are a newbie, but I am pretty dismayed that the senior members here did not instill more confidence in you.

And I'm getting tired that a number of members here feel that berating the casino reps in our forum is par for the course. This is going to end immediately. Casino reps are not here for your "beck and call", and they deserve the respect like any other member. Bullying them into responding or any other aggressive or passive aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Besides, some of you are webmasters that should be tending to your your own websites instead of sabotaging threads here.

@Mark31288 - I get that you were alarmed that you had a massive win that was pending - it is 100% normal that large wins take longer to process. If VS's support couldn't explain that effectively, well our members could have and this thread would be more celebratory instead of 7 pages of accusations and casino shaming.

Additionally, please put this into perspective. When did you win this? This week? C'mon, we have had some players taking weeks to chase down winnings - or better yet, piece-mealed with the attempt to make you play your winnings back. I honestly think that Videoslots is an amazing casino - and I am pretty disappointed that a few people here did not point this out. Me thinks there is an agenda afoot.

I'm happy you chose Videoslots over some clip shot joint like Bronze Casino, or Napoli Casino. This would have been an entirely different thread - and you'd be crying in your beer by week's end.

Admin Note: moved to Online Casino section renamed from "Videoslots withdrawal problem" (there never really was a problem) to "Videoslots withdrawal of large win"

i understand all of that now, and don't really understand why i got grief from people about my concerns - like i said in the very beginning i don't know how these things work and that was the whole point of coming here to try and ascertain what happens as VS were not giving me any answers. Hope you can appreciate, seeing a huge balance like that and not knowing what is going on is quite an odd feeling! I just wanted clarity that i wasn't going to get shafted!

If VS would have replied from the off with the procedure, i wouldn't have needed to come here. Like i have said time and time again in this thread, its the automated 'we will get back to you with updates' response that has no meaning and no explanation. In regards to having perspective, i was unaware that wins could take weeks to withdraw - i have no idea when it comes to stuff like this, hence the post for advise. If i knew what i knew now i wouldn't have come here!!

Perhaps things get read in the wrong context, but i can assure you i am over the moon with the win, and minus all the BS comments glad that i came here as i gained some valuable information!

Probably not. Marius was at the Helm at Redbet, Andy (former redbet) at Mr Green, Adam later at Redbet... Patryk at Betsson... the good ole reps...

I'm pretty certain things are not the same there anymore. Ownership changes, staff moving on... the industry at large isn't very player friendly at the moment to be honest.

Lots of red tape. People get paid but not at lightning speed.

I did get a 4 figure withdrawal a while back from @L&L-Jan at All British Casino - a PM... no fuss and 5 mins it hit my account.

He's probably the only old schooler I still know.

Nate

Yeah but you are fully verified, so its only two clicks on a button. Can't accomplish that with accounts where we mis a document of course.
Few weeks before that 3.51 second withdrawal, you had to provide additional documents and it took a bit longer. That has to be said as well imo :)

But any member can ask and I'm happy to assist speeding up stuff. Keep in mind that in the evenings I'm not always checking skype or CM ;)

20 quid a pop on a Novomatic..You must be loaded mate.
Great hit tho, gratz!

Never WD that much at VS but I had a few around 4-5k and received them without any issues.

not a regular thing mate, and not loaded nope - had won a few quid before and ill play some high stakes with winnings because i would never play with my own money, obliterates the balance quickly on a bad day.

i didn't believe these sort of wins happened in all honesty, let alone off the first press. I actually clicked on the wrong Book of Ra game which makes it even more ridiculous than it already is! It was a combination of flukes that led to the win.

I think the other thing of note - new(ish) player, a massive bet and a ludicrous hit on the first spin. Alarm bells would surely ring before approving that withdrawal immediately; they would be deficient if they didn’t pause to verify it

Just wish it were mine!

Yeah it can be a very good slot, Book of Ra Magic, I did not get more than 1 retrigger yet but I have seen some insane hits on this.
Very volatile game tho, hence my question about 20 quid a pop. :)
Novomatics can take ages for a bonus to trigger so to get it at the first spin is amazing.

Enjoy your winnings mate, a truly insane win.

Yea i have always liked Book of Ra from playing it in the Grosvenor Casinos to begin with, then the 6 reel variant online which has paid me well over time! Only played the Magic one a few times on £1-£4 max stake and never hit anything decent, maybe one bonus that paid 10x haha!
I was very shocked i have to say, then the bonus all became a bit of a blur as it didn't feel real! Still never managed a full screen of explorers though.

VS is my only active account, and its on a play block whilst i enjoy these winnings so i wont be playing for some time!

no worries, cheers for all the input - as you can see from the below the bonus landed on the first spin, just realised in the midst of everything i didn't post this screenshot with the win pic!!

A 2500x+ win playing higher than your normal stakes, at $20 per spin, on a game you didn't even intend to play, and on the very first spin... now that is some fortune worthy of being jealous of. Congrats on the win.
