Resolved Videoslots - withdrawal failed, "a development team is working on it"?

videoslots so to cut a long story short i withdraw £100 on 4th oct to wrong card my old expire card had to reverify myself which i did all sort that side but they told me a development team is working on it as the withdrawal failed have all the emails its now the 9th im getting told there working on it and thats it?? they told me if a withdrawal fails it goes back into my videoslots account still waiting..... any ideas??

A refund to an old card should still go through as far as I’m aware, as long as the account linked to the card still exists. This is because the old card details would still be linked to that account. You just can’t make payments. If there is any issue, the bank should still be able to locate the transaction and credit the funds to the account manually.

This being said, I’m not sure if there’s a limit to just how out of date the card can be in order for it to be able to still receive a refund.

That was one of the emails it didn't go to my bank provider so Videoslots have it and it ain't on my account.
