Videoslots - What are you getting out?

The problem with VideoSlots is that the majority of their promotions budget is allocated towards rewarding winning players rather than compensating losing players.
Not necessarily those players who win enough to cash out, but those who, at least, win enough to keep playing, and wager a decent amount.

And although the 'rewards' aren't too bad, if you do get a decent amount wagered from your deposit whether you manage to cash out or not.
They're not that good that you'd want to deposit more than you'd initially planned to..

Haven't wagered enough for the 'free' battles? Are they really worth depositing more, to achieve the wagering?
Achieved a decent position in the race? Is it worth depositing a couple of hundred more, just to get a little higher but only get a few quid extra?

I don't see the incentive to deposit more than you'd initially planned to at VideoSlots.
Other casinos will use free spin offers and bonuses etc, to get you to make that extra deposit of the week.
Or give something back, if you've been unlucky.

So VideoSlots strategy may not be as perfect as they like to think it is. They may actually only be getting the amount of deposits, they would have done anyway.
And it's the other casinos who are managing to tempt players into making those extra deposits.

what the.....

That is gross and has to be some kind of record.

No wonder people are freaking about all the new slots coming out.

97 dead spin sin a row

There may have been a glich on slotracker part but I do not think so as I remeber thinking what the hell is going on at the time. I just looked at my stats and I have another what is like less than 20% and with alot of spins

No wonder people are getting pissed of with 5 free spins here and there and when you get games error as its impossible to win when that shit happens

Interlog said that RTP can not be that bad unless its a hand full of spins, well thats what it is now days on alot of sites due to the errors

VS can't be blamed for poor performance of the slots unless the rtp for their casino is different from others which is highly unlikely.

I insist that a 12% rtp over weeks worth of play is bullshit. Yeah maybe over a 100 spins but not over a prolonged period if time.

I you want yo whinge and moan about your play at least give some honest figures.

I also give VS top props, fastest payouts, no bullshit, usually get $200-$300 week in cashback that is always free, race money but its the cashouts, I rarely wait beyond 30 mins, most casinos (even accredited ones) are not at this speed.

I am pretty much anti bonus, I am sure this comment will piss some people off but it makes me sick reading some of these complaints when it pertains to a bonus , the reality of all casinos is that they are there to make money like any business in the whole world, its called gambling for a reason, I don't understand the expectation of some people, some win, most lose, we all hope we are in the first category but that simply is not possible, if you are not prepared to lose your money then don't play, I don't expect to be rewarded when I lose, as far as loyalty I think their cashback is better than most places I play at (we are somewhat limited in Canada compared to days gone by).

Hi Nate , I describe my experience.
They have very fast payout , and as long deposit low amounts is a great casino.
But there are two issues for high rollers:

1)Maximum bets lower than the average.

2)Vip support totally non-existent when compared for example to Redbet , Vip manager, except exceptional cases where you can receive a litte non-deposit bonus ,
will always give you free spin and will remind you of cash back.
From Redbet I received bonuses with very high amount without deposit while having deposited and lost less than Videoslots.

The second issue for me is unacceptable and I closed account in February.

Best Regards.

I'm a fan of vs for their fast cashouts. I don't mind that they don't offer bonuses...

I used to take bonuses everywhere...now I don't take any....I have become anti bonus too....I used to win and then never make it thru wagering....I sometimes play at gowild and take their free spins...they usually offer 50 to 100....I figure if I lose my deposit I can still make it up with their free spins...but if I win I can cash out right away cuz I don't play the free spins till I've either cashed out or lost my deposit.

Yeah I dont think its different. Ive had some decent cashouts and runs there. Its just either good luck or bad luck and nothing else. The only thing that gets me going abit is the fricken battles I always always win 300x on but play those slots for real money and its awful

But anyways, the only casinos that I think had low rtp settings was 32red, that casino was unreal to me. I had 72% rtp over like 180,000 spins and the other was club world where the stats were a bit worse.

I dont know why some casinos are so bad to some people but I just suggest switching it up and trying somewhere else

There are no two worse things in online gaming for me, one is bonus requirements and trying to grind out some astronomical w/r (which like you I used to do), the second is a pending period which is complete and utter nonsense and downright disrespectful to all depositing players.

Absolutely - I DESPISE slow pay. This is why i wont close my account at VS - They pay me in 15 mins when i win. That's the most important thing to me. I know they don't offer bonuses or gestures of goodwill. Sometimes its a good thing and sometimes its a bad thing.

I actually reduced my deposit limit to $20 a day as I felt no value. I slowly increased it and I have a limit of $500 a day which i easily reach most slotting days.

The only proven way of staying ahead for me at VS is not by getting anything from them, but putting a limit on my deposits WHEN I hit big. If i take them for 10k on DOA (which I have done) I know any deposits after that are going to be meaningless to them as I am 'ahead'. I cap deposits at $200 a day and then go off and play elsewhere where I have a cashback deal.

Each to his own - Some believe they are owed nothing, some like the perks of having something back for their loyalty. Ultimately everyone wants to maximize their value for money as the market can be competitive IF you know where to look.

Its funny you bring up limits, I am somewhat of a free spender in life, I am very fortunate to have some fairly successful ventures (debatable :)) , I never really tracked my spending up until a couple months back and then realized I was blowing through 15-20k mth online, I have timed out all of my accounts for at least 30 days, yes I have a nervous pit in my stomach and want to play but have gotten through it, the roughest patch is over, I re upped my time outs to 90 days on the expired ones, it is pretty amazing how much extra cash I have and my want to play has waned, I am doing a costly restoration on a 66 Impala SS that I probably would have dragged my feet on when I was playing daily, it feels pretty good!!

Again i am sorry and late to see and reply to this thread.

I agree with your OP Nate.

I too have deposited a lot of money at videoslots over the last year and more. And I can tell you i deposited a good amount during the first few months of 2017 and i am talking thousands by the way.

Even managed to clear that level 20 too as a result in those deposits.

And I did get emails from loyalty team, Jonathan in loyalty in fact and we have also spoke on the phone a few times as well. And he has reiterated that they have a different system than other casinos. And that is why you do not get goodwills at video slots. Let me give you details of how they work out if you can have a goodwill or not.

But basically they always say they have the race and cashback, so you get most back from those 2 promotions alone, but only if your active.

But i have argued with Jonathan on many occasions in email and on the phone and i do not count them as loyalty or comps or goodwills, but they just stand by the same old sentences my hands are tied we work differently than others blah blah, it is just the same old replies all the time with them.

Basically they look at the following and get a % based on those and then see if your in the range to receive something extra from the loyalty team or not.

So they take into account, deposits/withdraws/race money earned the last week/cashback earned the last week/battle wins/achievement rewards earned/ then they get a % based on all of that and if it is in the range that is good then they can not give anything.

All loyalty ever give me is race rewards or those race spin rewards. only a few times i was given a ND cash bonus with WR. but they was very small. And that was not even when i was depositing a lot too.

I mean do not get me wrong videoslots casino is the best online casino I LOVE them but i too am frustrated with the amount of money i have given them over the last year and a half and they do not care for my loyalty and fob me off with the same sentences we work differently.

Anyway yeah i am and do agree with you nate.

Maybe Dan will see this post and see what he can do for us all. but i do not think it will change. :p

This is how it works in my opinion (and I am guessing here, I have no insider information and I may well be way off the mark).

Monday morning first thing, a team meeting is held. They look at the previous week and look at those that made profitable withdrawals. Those that made the best withdrawals get contacted by the VIP department and gets given freebies so that they continue to play and lose the money back - they beat the odds after all so there is usually only one way subsequent deposits go, and that is down the toilet.

Those that lost money and/or are lifetime profitable for the casino are statistically speaking more likely to recoup some of that money back, so why give them that opportunity with free goodies from the casino? They rather have you play elsewhere and recover that money. And that is why you get told you already received cashback, race money etc.

I experienced this at VS - out of the blue contact by the VIP department after large withdrawals with free cash "to start the week off". The moment it went tits up so the speak, nothing other than you received cashback, race money etc.

But that is not just with VS. Same happened at other casinos. The minute I am in profit, out of the blue the contact starts. The minute, I am running at a loss, sod all from them.

As said, I may be way off the mark but it wouldn't surprise me that it works that way with casinos.

You can not be to far of the button there

I mean why would a casino want to give the money away they just earned from losing players? there is a reason and thats to keep players happy but not in VS book as they know that the losing player will be back on the cashback day to start of again.

On the other hand they going to want that wad they just lost to a few players so no harm in ringing them stating well done here is a free chip to start of another *winning streak*

I do not blame them but they have to remember if there are no little fish than there would be no big fish
