I won't be playing there again. The cashback and race promotions are only any good for the bigger depositors. Last time i deposited I got cashback of £1.25 for a £50 deposit, and nowhere in the race. It only takes 30 or 40 big depositors, to make the race not worthwhile to the rest of the players. So the current promotion/bonus scheme just doesn't work for me. I can get much better bonuses/promotions elsewhere
I think when looking at a BBF recommendation - 'yay or nay' - it's important to separate
subjective likes and dislikes from
objective good and bad points.
Subjectively a lot of folks don't seem to like the bonus structure at Videoslots, and may feel that the cashback and casino races don't work well for their depositing and play styles - but whilst entirely valid opinions, they can't IMO be seen as a factor in whether or not a casino should be accredited, assuming that the T&Cs are clear and players know exactly how all these things work. (Which is the case here, and Lucas has explained the Videoslots philosophy many times over in this thread.)
Objectively Videoslots have responsive CS, an active rep here on the forums, they pay very quickly seven days a week, they verify docs quickly, they have a great selection of games, they seem solid from a technical standpoint, and they've gone the extra mile by producing a master-RTP list for every game they host on their site.
Personally speaking I'm not a big fan of the bonus structure at Videoslots myself, when I take a bonus I want the bonus cash upfront, and whilst their 'incremental release' system is far better than an 'all or nothing' post-wager bonus, it wouldn't be my preferred option.
The casino races however work well IMO, generally speaking a £100 deposit low-rolling at the 25p minimum bets required for the spins to qualify for the race (or as close as you can get playing all lines, Ninja Fruits for example requires 30p spins as it's a 15-liner, and Robotnik requires 40p spins as it's a 40-liner) - should yield cashback in prize form of around 5-15%, which considering it's an entirely wager-free prize isn't bad going.
If you start trying to properly duke it out to get to the top rankings then yes you could start to find things getting very expensive for not much extra prize money, but an average of 10% cashback on a deposit is pretty good.
