Videoslots shouldn't be rated @ 9.7

I like playing at Videoslots, espacially since yesterday as I recieved 10 free spins for raging rhino (wagering free).

Got around 30 Euros from the free spins and played about 5 hours with several winnings around 200 - 400 times bet.

Result: 400 Euros withdraw and I made NO deposit :lolup:

The best is to take the SUB and play as far as you get with 1 or 2 deposits, then forfeit it and deposit without a bonus which than makes you eligible for the cashback and casino race.

Actually, I think it is always best to play until you meet the WR. Videoslot's bonus is basically free cash - if you are a player that plays quite a lot. Because you would play anyway - somewhere, something. And in this way, after you play enough, you get cash on top of your normal play.
And I can also add one comment:
Recently I even received a bonus offer, which was special in that it was eligible for both cashback and casino race!
So I deposited 500 USD (the offer was 100 % up to 500), withdrew 1100 USD after meeting the WR and THEN I had another approximately 100 USD in cashback!

IMO, the bonus at Videoslots is the BEST there is: fairest and best structured and absolutely hassle-free because AFAIK, Videoslots is THE ONLY CASINO, which automatically limits your bet to the maximum bet allowed when playing with a bonus.
 
The 10% increments are mainly there to keep wagering requirements reasonable (x25b) and still maintain sufficient anti-adv. player protection.
If they would have the standard bonus-structure where you get the full bonus directly they would either have to increase WR or decrease the bonus-% considerably.

If you are essentially playing for a long playtime this is great for the player. If you want to play to gain a profit there are better casinos to play at I guess.

However you can't blame VS for the bonus-system since it's perfectly explained in the T&C. If it's not your cup of tea - plenty of alternatives to play at.
 
£60 in £100 out - small withdraw for sure but it was processed in under 10 minutes and gives me ££ to play this evening when NOT working .... and the depo will be going back to VS.

Combined with some cash back I made in todays session plus some points on the leader board - its everything that makes this the best place to play at - win or loose

and yep had a string of loosing deposits so am not basing the above on just having had a "micro" winning session but the "bigger picture"

For the record as others have said they should maybe kill the 100% bonus all together as it will stop those who don't read the terms bitching about it. Defo the best place to play and squander ya dolla at these days :thumbsup:

I never had reason to test that so can't comment on it.

I can give you one example:

Yesterday they had 10FS on Rhino on offer. I can't play WMS slots in Thailand and contacted live support. They told me they'd get back to me. 15 minutes later I had an email that they credited 15FS on a different slot, which amounted to the same value as the 10FS on Rhino.

Fast and satisfactory solution :thumbsup:
 
Deposited here and have done in past, today try to cash out and want 3 forms of ID, passport and card verifed but twice rejected a proof of address.. Very annoying so got bored and played the money(exactly what thy wanted). Makes me laugh they let you deposit without ID but not withdraw. Won't be using again, no other casino asks for that much ID.

I dout it was there intention to stall payment, I know some sites do it on purpose and some sites take days to let you know ID was not good & to send more, VS do it pretty much in reel time, I know when I updated a payment method it was sorted over chat,

This is one site that do not like hanging about, I will bet money they would want to sort your I.D out as quick as us players want it verified, Once it is sorted than you would feel the benefits of quick withdraws as my last was under 4 minutes,

When I signed up some time ago they didn't even let me spend a single penny without getting verified first, to be honest I liked that approach, 30 minute wait to get docs approved to save hours of worry later:thumbsup:

Yes, I had an email on Tuesday with the Voucher for the 10FS, code was: rhino291215 ( I posted it in the Free Spins thread). So i went to live chat and told them that i cannot play WMS games since Thailand was added recently to the banned countries list.

15 minutes later i had the email that they credited me 15FS on High 7.

The email with the FS vouchers come 1-2 x every week.

Some times they send codes on diffrent days for diffrent country's, Like me you probs not receiving the emails for some reason and when its your turn for spins than no one is positing the code,

you need to change your email to a GMAIL address. Yahoo, Hotmail and a few others are blocking emails from VS.

I never received them either until i changed from Hotmail to Gmail, ever since i haven't missed one :) :thumbsup:

I don't think they are sending out any. Only about cashback and tourny winnings, and cashouts of course. That's all I get.
And again for those not getting any emails. Set up a Gmail account. It seems other emails are blocking them.

I just had video slots send email to my hotmail acct there was no problem got it in min and was in my in box

Then we will advice players to just change their emails. Whatever, if it just works it's fine.
I didn't play at Videoslots for almost 6 months this year because I was so angry not getting any emails. They are important to most players or they feel forgotten.

OK then that makes sense. I get an email almost every Tuesday but did not get one this week as Rhino is not allowed for Canadians. I guess they awarded you the spins seeing as they mistakenly sent you an email.
 
Im liking the battle of slots, what i like most is the rebuys are capped to low number unlike that ridiculous place 32red. Won one of 10 euro events tonight, they're cheap and fun to play.
 
when video slots send me texted its all ways around 3am Iam in canada west coast so 8hrs behind uk time this is the 3rd time not likeing this at all they keep wakeing me up
