I'm amazed that Videoslots is rated at 9.7

They should be 10 and I'm not sure why they are rated lower, just look at the stories on here?

The casino deserves to be ten because they treat EVERY customer like a V.I.P

They set the standard on how the customer should be treated.

I agree and they should be the Casino of the year... But it's only my opinion we'll see about this when the result will come.

    I don't agree with you :D

Every casino have its up's and down's and things that don't work. No place is perfect in my eyes and I've had my fair share of problems with Videoslots too.
It's humans working there which mean things can go wrong.

I love them too and it's great guy's running it but if their points were higher they maybe would stop trying :p

Then I think Bryan's rating system are fair too!

Interesting conversation, everybody has a unique perspective and experiences and it's nice to hear them.

100% agree the rating system is fair and up to date with plenty of communication involved.

From my time there my opinion is they should be that extra 0.30 to boost their rating to a 10.

    Happy to hear more feedback

I've only been playing Videoslots for a short time, a couple of months.

I intend to keep playing there.
But I have found that when CS has to escalate an issue, it's not that speedy getting a response. I had to ask for the rep's help the first time, after a weekend and another couple of days. Someone did get back to me the next day.

I've not had a ton of dealings with CS, they were certainly helpful in answer questions about the SUB, and always very pleasant. But I don't think they have authority to do all that much.

In some fairness, due to my time zone, I mostly play out of regular business hours. I do however suspect their reps may not have as much power to solve a problem as some other sites.

I would not give them 100%, but they can aspire to that goal.

Got a beat you can dance to and topping the charts.

same here with 3 issues independent of each other and different times. this + bonus structure and the lack of black knight 2(same like 1 just that 1 are dropping useless scatters during free spins with the only purpose of blocking the wins). i would rate them 9.8 at its actuale state.

When you score 9.7 and you are at the top of the list... It sounds like a perfect score...

In my sport (dressage) a 10 is Excellent, not perfect.

Videoslots are an excellent casino so yes, I think they deserve a 10 :)

The main reason VS is "only" 9.7 is that they are licensed in Malta.

If they would be licensed in Alderney, Isle of Man or Kahnawake and had no weekly withdrawal limitation (withdrawals are limited to a max of €30,000/month, won't affect many of us, but the score system only gives 5/5 to unlimited w/d) they would most likely score 10.

"Your bonus money will be paid out in 10% increments." remove this and I'll start agreeing with the rest of the people :p

Got to chime in as well.

The VS SUB and reload bonuses might not be to everybodys liking but contrary to other casinos they clearly explain it all in the T&C's

Hence, any player doing his due diligence will be aware of all the rules and how it works.

In my view VS certainly is close to the perfect 10. The current score has not been achieved by any other casino.

There are only minor things which they could improve:

    - allow regular players 2 withdrawal options (additionally to bank transfer). I really like to spread my withdrawals between Neteller and Ecopayz, depending which account is close to empty but i can't do that at VS. I am forced to withdraw to that payment method I use most.

    - would welcome it if VS would remove that pop-up after login asking me if i want to deposit. Pretty annoying to be honest.

    - not much more i can find really :D

Nobody is perfect, out of the four supreme rulers of online casinos each one has a downside:

Videoslots: Lame signup bonus / withdrawal limits
    Guts: Deposit and Withdrawal fees
Betat: The Jackpot Games are still not back and on occasion also slow to add newly released games
32red: Slow withdrawals and the download client is showing its age

So, none of them deserve a 10 (even if they can come close), besides what would giving any one of them a 10 imply? that they can stop improving?

I prefer them having to chase after perfection forever:p

This is not what VS is about. Thats just one small part ... the focus with VS is with ongoing loyalty. Cash back / races etc
If they were just offering straight up bonuses this casino would just be the same as 100s others. And thats exactly what
makes them stand out. I get money wager free 2 times a week Mondays and Fridays based on my play.

Plus the ongoing built in rewards which throw up different rewards such as Free spins , X points and so on.

They are correctly rated here and should be defo in the running for a top award this year !

I don't understand why being liscence in malta would take away points... After many years of playing... I don't care much about the jurisdiction... It's really the casino that you have to trust... Maybe someone can give me clarification about this? Thanks :)

Some jurisdictions have harsher criteria and regulations for casinos than others.

    - Alderney, Isle of Man or Kahnawake are very stringent licensing jurisdictions, giving players a fair chance when problems with a casino occur
    - Malta, Cyprus, Gibraltar are somewhere in middle, certainly weaker than the other 3
    - Costa Rica, Curacao are joke jurisdictions where you'll never have a chance as a player to get real support with your complaint

    Are you serious??? :what:

You consider a casino not being a good one because you lost???

If that is the case then all casinos are bad because in the long term every player will lose because of the build-in house edge.

The RTP of the games is the same regardless of casino you play at.

Netent will play in the same way at casino A as it will casino B or Z.

The only thing that varies is your luck - which is something the casino cant influence ;)

But to say at casino is not good because you lost dont make any sense.

Mr Greens slots will play exactly the same as they do at Videoslots. Operators can not interfere with a games RTP.

Hmm imo "certain" sites will pay extra for % of the rtp and then decide which internet provider players are using and get a % off say Sky or Bt...
