    Hi guys,

Recently I have started playing at Videoslots again. Hadnt used them for a couple of years.

At the time I thought the race and cashback offer was a pretty good incentive. But I have had a rethink.

In eight weeks I have deposited $15k + with no withdrawls so far. In total I have received approximately $780 from the casino race and cash back offer.

There are no deposit bonuses, super spin offers etc.

I bet between $5 - $15 per spin normally. I noticed the current leader of the casino race is around 139,000 spins. I just feel the casino race is unfeasible at the spins I play. At $10-$15 per spin I receive the same race contribution as someone betting $3 per spin.

Much the same as the casino cashback, my cashback has never exceeded $180. I don't understand the formula for the cashback but its something I'm not going crazy happy about.

The unfortunate thing is like Videoslots and the game offering is impressive however the reality is promotions seem to be tailored for those that bet lower amounts and for any mid range betting we miss out.

My only suggestion would be to have a points system based on individual turnover which can be redeemed for cash at any stage.

    Thoughts anyone?

    Cheers.

    Hey theslotsking.

$180? Do you mean a session or for the month? If it is a month then something seems wrong. At your bets you most likely won't get deep in a race even though I do believe those bets reward 3 spins for the race.

I have mentioned that they do need to come up with another promotion for the low rollers as no the low rollers are at a disadvantage unless they go on a crazy hot streak for the current race. I think I like your idea of a points system.

To relate somewhat my last 2 deposits have went in a hour or less with $100 gone in 20 minutes betting like the minimum and I got no playtime so I am :(.

Firstly, next time please do a search for Videoslots & cashback in the little box called "Search" and you will find similar threads galore and would save us yet another VS race&CB thread. It has been discussed umpteenth times on this forum.

Secondly, they have a very active rep who you can contact and ask whether you qualify for their VIP program, go here and send him a PM: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/dan-videoslots.html

Thirdly, i repeat myself now for the umpteenth time:

At VS you have to play a little smarter than at you normal joint if you want a good race position and more cashback. Reasons:

    - race - max. 3 points/spin if you bet 3$ or higher, hence, playing around that value will give you most race points for your deposit
    - CB - if you lose your deposits quickly and do not wager much you won't get much CB either. The more you wager the more CB, simple.

If you do that you end up with an average 7-10% in RW & CB. Since it is wagerfree it is much more worth than a bonus with WR.

However, if you are the type who can afford continuously 5-15$ a spin then surely race winnings and cashback must be a mere drop in the ocean for you just like any other bonus you might get at other casinos.

Well as a low roller id say the cashback and race are much better than any other casino.

Take the last fortnight. Ive only really started playing at VS a few weeks ago more regular.

In last fortnight ive made a few deposits totalling about £120 I think. Made a few withdrawals so am well up. But also had free spins from battles. Several free spins etc. just from playing slots.

Today I'm due £15 race money I think which is like the sum of one of the deposits I made and Friday ill be due most of the cashback as was last week I played most.

Personally I think it looks more geared to rewarding low rollers who get a few good sessions from their deposits than High Rollers.

But after the delay in getting verified I'm astounded at how quick withdrawals are. Cant believe the few withdrawals ive made in last fortnight were all paid within about 5 minutes. Been a good few weeks on the creature slot lol. Compare it to Guts withdrawals that used to be fast. I made small deposit there Tuesday morning. Hit nearly £200 on a 20p bet on creature my highest return to stake ever on that slot. Played a while and withdrew at 8.30 am. Had to go to chat at 2.15pm to find out why it wasn't processed yet again
Don't get me wrong chat processed it right away. But that's last few withdrawals that have lay for hours compared to VS processing in minutes.

Definitely say VS is most generous efficient and best casino ive ever played at:thumbsup:

My bet size does not mean that cashbacks are not valued. I would rather not donate the sums I do and I feel that the comps received demonstrates how much value a casino sees in me. If I receive very little it basically means the casino could not care less if I did business there.

Like any player I want value for money, if I go to a land based casino they all offer points based comps systems which all players benefit from.
In fact those that bet more receive comps, access to vip rooms, free alcohol and hotel rooms etc.

When I queried comps at Video Slots I was told by customer service how lucky I was in the casino race and that I was due to receive $35.

I should not require a betting strategy to receive a comp. If the casino values my business I feel comps in the form of a "decent" cashback or super/mega spins etc should be given.

Nothing is more frustrating when a casino acts like they have been very generous and then offers a paltry reward.

With all due respect but you do sound a little naive and whiny.

I am just a mid-roller but in the VIP program at all regular casinos i play at. And i do clear that up before my first deposit after registration.

The race and CB are clearly designed for the largest part of VS's punters, hence why they have the VIP program for medium - high rollers. Just contact their CM rep Dan, he will put you in touch with their VIP host and you will see what other benefits they can offer you.

Videoslots clearly cares for all player ranges, i can vouch for that.

If your been back a short while and dropping in the region of 2k a week than that is good going, Especially with no take out,

But what divines a take out? Could you of taken out 10 - 20k at any stage? Every one is to there own, For all we know you could of got balance up to 100k, and did not take out, Just because people state they have taken nothing out than it does not give us much indentation, If you said you nether got past 20% of starting balance than we would have a better understanding,

It looks like you getting just over 5% cash back, Now I am not sure what the average cash back is for players, I have droped in £30 - £40 some weeks, just a few spins at your stakes :) but endnd up with only like £2 odd CB, Which is way less than 5% But as your got much bigger roll this gives you leeway to drop a load and build back up, Trouble is with small cash you do not get a chance, As lose than nothing to build up,

If you had no super spins or decent trophies than its a bit of a bad deal, VS does not give bonus out or is verry rare, So at the minute it does look like your getting the short end of it,

I know there is a cap on cash back, Maybe something is wrong and not calculating up right, But 5% seems about right, Just depends if you lose money quick or have a good run, That could make a big difference,

For once I agree to disagree with Harry H, Yes you have to play smart, But why should you if betting 10 -15 a pop, You do not want to be looking whats best for a few extra dollars back, You just want to play but at the same time be rewarded for you play,

I take you have reset any rewards? If you one rewards for each game they can be reset so win them again, Also I would of thought a VIP host would of been in touch, Thats a good spend and a player they would want to keep

    LOL Terry :D

You would need to bet minimum 0.20 to get counted in the casino race, so 10-15 cents/pence would not be enough.

What i mean is that if you have a good budget then at VS chucking away with 10-15$ spins won't get you much in the race and CB only if you are lucky to hit big and carry on wagering. The CB is calculated from the amount you wager, not from your deposit.

That's why you have to play a little smart if Race position/winnings and CB are important to you. If not, then no need.

I agree, with a big budget the RW and CB seem small but they are wager free and VS will provide a few extras with their VIP program. My experience with them is that they do try to make everybody happy.

    Interesting post.
As a very low roller ... it benefits me, esp if choosing really low variance games and betting close to 0.2 per spin.
But its a valid point you brought up, perhaps they need to look into their VIP program something other than the cashback and race for high rollers.

They do have a VIP program and a pretty good one at that. You just need to be part of it. :D I am actually surprised that the OP has not been contacted yet but i am sure that Dan will take care of it as he read the thread just a few minutes ago.

Oops.. typed too fast. Yes i know they have VIP program, what i meant was look into his VIP acct,.. something must have slipped if he was not getting much more than us low rollers. Maybe include more of those achievement awards stuff the do as well .. i do remember i used to get so many more awards and battle tickets in the beginning but not so much in the end, i figured because i stuck to the same old games so i've maxed those. But anyway, I have almost ground to a stop from playing this month. Try not to miss me.

I feel your pain - IMHO Videoslots does NOT suite High Rollers. Even if you are their VIP Program, it is not really a VIP program and one of the worst in terms of what you get back.

I still Play at Videoslots and I don't have anything against them, however my experience was similar to you and I just ended up limiting my deposits to $20 a day. I have played online for years and there are casinos out there that offer 10x more value for that kind of play - Just know who to talk to and how to go about it!

Some people might see value in their respective betting and deposit range, but I assure you I did not and I will not waste time running around trying to speak to Reps - Casinos should know who their better players are...

No mate 10 -15£ a pop I was on about :D as the OP stated thats what he was spinning, If betting that much than my point I was trying to make why bother trying to work out the best bet etc,

No point of them droping bets to £3 just to build up the race board, Imagine drooping from £15 a bet to £3 a bet just to win the race than you get a mega 50k win, Now if betting there stranded £15k that would of been 250k win

People do not like to change things just to win a race and a few £, Not when betting that much,
Reason I stated agree to disagree, If you put in a few 100 and wanted some play time and had some spare time than you could work out whats the best bet and what not you,

The thing I cant quite get my head around with the casino race is the shear number of spins to win. Current win leader is 139000 spins. I am guessing the lowest bet counted is around $0.50 so even at the lowest bet amounts your looking at over $60-70k in wagering to win $475.

I like playing slots and enjoying watching them. I wouldnt have the time to watch 139000 spins and I dont much see the point in using autoplay all day.

I think you can get up to 3 race points a spin, Depending on bet size, so that would be around 6300 spins, BUT you can earn rewards that include race points, So if they have won a few of them that it would be less spins, But still 6000 spins or what ever at a few £ a spin, But does not mean they have to stick that much in, You can stick £10 in get a good run than up bets than have a bloody good run and build up a few k points :)

Even as a small roller like my self, I have not got the time or be bothered to whach how many spins, whach my bet size to see what is the best option, I like a spin and any think from that is an extra, I know VS give a lot back and if your like a £1 bet person than thats the best place to play,

I am not saying what they do is not good, and not every person looks at the race etc the same as me, Some love it and why not, Its all free money back and a challange

The race is not designed to reward loyalty; maybe for the low-rollers but certainly not people betting as high as you do. The Cashback grants you 25% of the theoretical house edge for every game round. Not bad at all but if you lose quickly there is also not too much to hope for.

If you search for a decent loyalty program where you certainly get decent money back I would recommend the likes of Betat Casino or Trada Casino. Every casino's loyalty program targets some player groups more than others and Betat/Trada are very suitable for your kind of play. Just drop in to live-chat and request VIP membership and they will probably grant you once you started playing in the way to you seem to do.
