Contacting support about the issue should never have been a thing in the first place. Not enough care again when setting the battles up your end.

Seems like they were converted into pay-battles.
They added a bunch of €1 entry battles with freespin prizes.
They also added a new wheel that only has battle tickets+jackpots, the old wheel is still there for now but im guessing that wheel and the remaining freespins battles will disappear soon enough.

They did do these, removing the early morning and middle of the night ones.

The removal of yet more freerolls is to make way for the new 1,500, 2,500, 5,000 and 10K free spins battles.

Yes these are €1 to buy into but there is a new Wheel of Jackpots (randomly awarded) which carries battle tickets to allow players to buy into these new battles for 'nothing'.

I'm no clairvoyant but I also feel more changes lie ahead, whether we enjoy these remains to be seen but I do feel after all the cutbacks, things are moving back in the right direction now.

Same here, been in contact with mr vegas 2 times today cause Raw/leander rewards just give a network error and then the reward is gone and no spins so not like they dont know about the problem...
