I thought it would be automated from your end to credit the missing spins ? If I can go back thru battles I'll see if I can find which ones they were , but I was missing 6 rewards , 4 on Blackbeard and 2 on pimped.

Videoslots themselves did say they would automatically be credited without the need to contact support during this week.

There should not be too many battles affected as the fault was rectified pretty quickly.

I also am due some spins but if they come, they come, I really can't be arsed to go to support, ending with a headache and still no spins.

Would possibly be helpful if they do credit them as I'm about 100XP away from a Silver Wheel which would be nice for after work tomorrow evening.

Yeah i thought it was automated or something. I recall a time a few months back where there was a similar problem and rewards were automatically credited a couple days later without having to email or anything.

I mean its only a few spins on each game, but would still be nice to get them.

Why should customers reach out for there missing rewards? The rep clearly stated they would be added automatically.
Why should customers have to check there history and waste 30 mins on live chat to get there missing rewards. Total joke....

Hey all,

The prize structure for the battles was temporarily incorrect in the beginning of the event tonight, but this has been resolved now.

Anyone who placed 1-3rd in 10mans and 1-9th in 30mans prior to this being resolved will automatically have the missing prizes added to their accounts in the coming days.

where have the queues come from.. upto 40 minutes into the battles there was no queues at all.. then within a couple of battles it had increased from 20-30 upto 100-200 and getting higher.

Despite Raw getting constantly moaned at, some of their later slots, more so the reel based ones can actually pay too!

Can't recall when it was but a reward on Chronos paid me 420x which for "free" is not to be sniffed at.

Hoping I can repeat come redeeming

Olive Oyl & Popeye would have been a great slot with a different theme. The non-slice games are okay... I'm curious about the RAW slot on battle weekend though, fingers crossed it's not 'slice' slot haahaaa
