The battle reported from last night is currently being checked by our dev team who will go in and manually add any missing rewards for the affected players. Any players that have not received what they are due will receive their reward, not to worry.

Meanwhile, what caused it is still being investigated, and I'm afraid we don't know anymore at this moment- but I will keep you updated if anything changes.

We want to be able to offer you an immediate resolution to any kind of issue that is reported, but this kind of issue needs to be checked for root cause by devs + manually checked and adjusted, which can take some time. The players in battles last week that were affected all received their prizes shortly after - some on the same day even.

As always, we greatly appreciate you guys sending us your thoughts and suggestions on how to improve and your patience.

Please know we are working on this with priority, and we will be sure to update you as soon as we know more.

Im with LLJ, why isnt there someone there (as you call "the devs" ) to solve these issues when they happen?
with a remote deslktop and many many many remote administration apps available (some are even free to save yourself some moeny lol joke)
if i was the boss id fire the lot of them , hire some decent staff and at the very least have them present for the major days i think its beginning to get to that point where as LLJ said its just excuses , it really hurts the brand and its customers when this happens as we wil all be in doubt of whether or not your team is even capable of fixing something and when they do it leave that doubt in our heads when the site just eats up the winnings after you given them ... i dunno i dont wanna go on a tangent again, i suppose i appreciate the update and info in any form, but most of us are just waiting around for our prize money.. tell those dev's chop chop get it sorted , i think if they could do it quck enough the winners of any money in this forum would all chip in a quid to help lol

ok paul well done for winning a cash freeroll, i did the same once about a year and half ago ,
but if you ask me it IS a big deal. not only do we need xp to join it, we also pay a quid too... but more to the point how are we suppose to trust the platform if it keeps messing up not one not twice but so many times.. we all hanging in there for videoslots but it will reach a tipping point dont you think?

Properly it should look like this: nightfiz 3rd place, Lone54 7th place. The best thing is that they got the money. Only they got too many of them.

Seems like all those lost from the winner database ate getting Thier scores reshuffled in on the list in order there are alot of us with zeros
