The battle reported from last night is currently being checked by our dev team who will go in and manually add any missing rewards for the affected players. Any players that have not received what they are due will receive their reward, not to worry.
Meanwhile, what caused it is still being investigated, and I'm afraid we don't know anymore at this moment- but I will keep you updated if anything changes.
We want to be able to offer you an immediate resolution to any kind of issue that is reported, but this kind of issue needs to be checked for root cause by devs + manually checked and adjusted, which can take some time. The players in battles last week that were affected all received their prizes shortly after - some on the same day even.
As always, we greatly appreciate you guys sending us your thoughts and suggestions on how to improve and your patience.
