We are still working on a more permanent fix to the recurring issues in battle prizes not paying out and in the meantime the customers have been reporting any affected ones to customer support - if you still come across you should kindly raise either in here or to customer service.

The other issues we experienced in battles during the weekend were also identified and fixed.

We greatly appreciate your patience guys, and will keep you posted.

The Hot Fiesta freeroll did not pay out any prizes.
I cant see the battle in my history now, so i cant give you the battle-id.

The point is that all depositor, be it from Canada, Germany, Sweden, Poland, etc., we put together this "cake" in the form of winnings but not all get the same piece. (fewer battles = less chance of winning)

Second point:
I think that the problem of players who do not spin may be due to incorrectly set spacing between pop-ups. One informs about the start of the battle and the other one about the successful registration process. It often happens that the second (smaller) window pops up right after the first (larger) window, thus closing it. Some players may not spins unknowingly because they do not know that the battle has started. They only get information about successful registration. Some of the slackers may not be in the "my battles" tab?

Frenzy is always this way mate, 10 man to start, 30 man for 2nd and 4th games, 10 man for 3rd game.

Battle weekends vary now, the full 48h was on Christmas day / Boxing day
Am i missing something, I always thought there were 10 man adn 30 man battles launched at once. Maybe im tripping then ;)

I wish they would keep the full 48 hour so we get the most value but i wont hold my breath.
 
The Reactoonz 7500 spins battle from Friday has paid out twice now, received two sets of 10fs from it, same thing happened last week with a Rise of Olympus battle. Not complaining but just thought I'd let you know.
 
Something is clearly wrong. I ended up in 27th place but when I check it says I was in 8. You will not be the only one then and they will have a hell sorting this battle.
Many will use the money that doesn't belong to them and many will not have been paid at all.
 
I also didn't get anything for Tuesday's madness despite taking about 140-150 places.
This is getting less and less funny. All this time i can't deal with this problem. It seems to me that it will be a long time before they settle properly. Especially since some people got too much.
 
Change the team responsible for solving this problem as they are clearly not coping with it. Plus, they will lead to financial problems as people will just stop gambling for you.

It is as if the system would bypass some of the participants. I don't even have this battle in the "my battle" tab. The system decided that I did not take part in it.

A bit strange that the battle just vanished from "my battles" section after 00:00 CET. I know that there were about 2500 registered participants with 15 min left.
 
Just catching up on this page of the thread, seems some of you got all sorts of extras on your madness battle then.. if it was me not to would I be happy to get extra, is be even more happy for it to pay normal but on time.. I deposited about £50 yesterday coz I decent score on dog house, so I blitz through my £50 (which it inevitably ate up) thinking "I'm ok coz I'll have my battle winnings" nope not happening.. and if it's anything like the wait I had for my doom of dead spins last week I'm gonna stuck waiting for 3 days not being able to spin, having to suffer bad scores on the 2 hourly's.. Vs it's really going from bad to worse to even more worse. With such big prizes or busy events like the frenzy's or epics or weekends you seriously would think as a popular and well rated site, they could afford to keep a member of the technical team on over night. Or at least until after midnight or during . It's not a big ask is it, with all the ways possible for them to remotely administer it too it's just a joke really harms the brand Vs, we all here hoping to God you sort it out, but instead of getting your main right, your busy rebranding on mrvegas and not hiring enough staff that can fix things when they are down.. it's all good apologizing, and very sorry for inconvenience blah blah blah.. but I'm sure I can speak for everyone it affects, it takes the p1@ss!!
If I did this to a customer in my shop id end up getting my ass whopped or shut down for false advertising.
In a nutshell Vs, just fix it, your excuses are getting boring , nearly as boring as me waiting around for my prizes

I have no doubt whatever glitches are present, they will get sorted I have full faith in that my issue is 1 these things shouldn't happen in the first place and 2 there should be a qualified member of staff who is able to sort it out .. instead they only have ppl to sort it out Monday-friday 9am-5pm...
And even with those working hours it still took them 3 days to issue out them play n go spins from the other day/night. So I'm not really that confident that even they are know what they are doing/ working effectively !! lol.
Also It's us having to ask them instead of them updating us, most ppl would be alright if they didn't get blown off by support , which I may add isn't Thier fault they can't do anything.
And many other sites im not gonna mention as it don't realate to Vs, not only are their tech teams and front line support understand and knowledgeable and honest.. if they make mistakes u get an apology email and often a freebie on top..
 
I get over 3800 points in battle .. But there seems 1800 players vanished, from list and i am one of them ....
Yeh I've just looked I'm missing too. And the top winners have scores lower than mine was... What an epic f#@k up Vs lol

It isn't even an ask - it's what VS should be doing without being prompted. You can't have highly promoted "events" such as a paid battle only for the results to disappear and people be left without their winnings for an unknown period of time with no comms from VS.

Won't be depositing there again until they buck their ideas up.

1. Thank you - but way too late - there are 600 players who've not received their winnings and no doubt countless others wondering whether they've won something or not.

2. This has been going on for some time and "under investigation" isn't really good enough at this point - what is the problem and what is being done to fix it - when can we expect this to be sorted?

3. Why is this waiting until "business hours" for a response/resolution - VS know of the fault and seem to have the ability to manually resolve/work-around - why are paying customers having to wait for it to be convenient for VS to resolves its issues?

Personally I'm pretty unhappy with the generic, late comms and lack of consideration shown to players with this.

Hi @LLJ and thank you for the quick reply.

The battle reported from last night is currently being checked by our dev team who will go in and manually add any missing rewards for the affected players. Any players that have not received what they are due will receive their reward, not to worry.

Meanwhile, what caused it is still being investigated, and I'm afraid we don't know anymore at this moment- but I will keep you updated if anything changes.

We want to be able to offer you an immediate resolution to any kind of issue that is reported, but this kind of issue needs to be checked for root cause by devs + manually checked and adjusted, which can take some time. The players in battles last week that were affected all received their prizes shortly after - some on the same day even.

As always, we greatly appreciate you guys sending us your thoughts and suggestions on how to improve and your patience.

Please know we are working on this with priority, and we will be sure to update you as soon as we know more.
