Official Videoslots presents Battle of Slots!

Just absurd. My account got locked on Thursday. Got an email saying I was credited an €30 deposit back in january twice. So I had to deposit €10 that Videoslots could take from my account. Deposited and account remained locked. Then yesterday Live Chat said there was a typing error in the email and that I should deposit the full €30 that they could take from my account. Deposited that amount but the account still remains locked.

Zero battles for me this weekend. :D

lol, that happened to me twice though I was the one that informed them about their error. Was instructed to deposit the amount (which I did) and still got my account locked for being an honest Joe, lol :D
 
Pretty fucking lame to claim back a trivial amount like €30, especially when it was several months ago...

Still locked and Live Chat can't do anything about it. I remember what the €30 was now. I deposited with swedish payment method Swish late on night and the money never appeared in my acc. Took 10 days or so to get the money credited to my VS account and I honestly can't remember I got that amount twice. And why would I? It's €30 (!) but I trust VS so I deposited what they asked for.

Yeah, very few would remember such things. I know the banks have limits, where you should have realized the money you got was a mistake, but that's much higher than €30.

The bank paid me €320 instead of €32 once, and i didn't have to pay that back.
 
I refuse to believe these rewards arent a scam. It's nearly impossible to be this fucking unlucky every single battle weekend, thursday and monday.

I got 1,7 euro from a €500 battle earlier today, and another 2,7 euro from the buffalo king battle, and still ended up with only 13,5 euro after playing todays rewards, and 4,5 euro from yesterday's rewards. So that's a whooping 18 euro, including the 2 €500 battle prizes.

No, you used to be able to press the X in the bottom right corner of PnG slots, then open a new reward. But that takes you to the front page, so the only way is to queue up 3-4 rewards at once, and just click the activate next offer. Trying to queue up more than 3 rewards just triggers cloudflare.
 
I’m so mad at myself playing these freerolls when I cant make a withdrawal because of a deposit made 1 year ago with a friends credit card I borrowed... Got up to 4.8k€ after hitting 2.4k x bet in gate of olympus basegame, had just won10€ from the freespin pack. Ended up losing it all... Few months back lost 1.7k€ after winning 70€ from mystery friday, was suprised I suddenly wasnt able to make a withdrawal... Didnt learn my lesson there so serves me right I guess... but this just hurts too much. Insane though to be able to win that much for free... I love VS for that so much, just wish it didnt happen to me though

Yeah nothing moving, just sat in a queue perpetually. I’m guessing too many people trying all at once has overwhelmed the system.
