So just spoke to Tanya in live chat, I said will they be extending the battle weekend for the downtime that has been happening for hours. They said the battle times are preset and CANNOT be changed.................!

Obviously she has no clue....... Yes they can be changed if the staff are actually there and awake to access the site to make the changes........ She said they are working on a fix for the captcha and slow laggy issues the site is facing and she also said the problem is an external one and not one that is at our end she said.......

I find that strange. I just tried other sites I know also use cloudflare and they are not having any issues what so ever..... So it is not external as far as I am concerned.............

@Team.Videoslots - You need to reply in this thread. This ignorance and ignoring all the posts about this downtime is not good.......... Gone are the days when @Team.Videoslots replied 24/7 in this forum...........

It's a bit unfair to expect a rep to be here 24/7 in my opinion.

However, their tech guys should be working to get this sorted (which I presume they are given the response you got)

I am not jinxing it, but it seems the issue finally seems to have been resolved? I am able to join the battles again now and not as laggy, still a little lag, but not like it was. Also not getting the captcha error page now.....

I have probably just jinxed it by saying this now lol........

@MrEvil - If you actually hover your mouse over @Team.Videoslots name it shows you they have not been seen since Friday. So again this means they no longer bother to check the forums at weekends........

Come on Dream it is a weekend and its only a forum I don't expect them to be here 24/7 and neither should you, if you want answers about whats going on you should go to their own live chat, like you have done.

Reps here should not be expected to be here 24/7 or weekends when they have there own site support to deal with issues, just saying

Also @Team.Videoslots did actually respond to a question I asked regarding this in the past and they did reply saying that they are active at weekends on this forum. Even though clearly that is not the case........ Last seen since Friday.....

The rep for VS was always active especially when Dan was at the helm.......... I miss Dan soo much.......

Dan would have also made sure that we got some extra time added as well........ But I am afraid I have a bad feeling that they will not even extend them this time around........ Which sucks.....

Weekend or not, you can't expect someone to roll out of bed at 2am to answer a load of the same questions from people who have chosen to play through the night and are not quite getting as much free stuff as they would perhaps like. What a shit job that would be. And if they don't extend it, so what? There's the Monday Frenzy to look forward to in any case, which we didn't have until a few weeks back.

Checked this morning and actually only needed 95 XP to continue.

Redeemed rewards and made about £40. wagered the XP needed and still had the £40 left and now got todays and tomorrows battles. Will pass some time lol.

Nice one I hope that most folk got a proper nights sleep instead of frantically persisting on a broken site in the vain hope of not missing out on a few hours spins if it happened to get fixed?

Yeah hope so but i imagine a few would have sat all night getting all worked up.

I knew my XP was done at midnight so left the site till this morning to see if it worked before playing.

Remember some games contribute more than others to the wagering. Its quite easy to track your own XP on a rolling 30 days if you use a sheet etc.

Cheers i dont pay much attention just steer clear of the ones that dont qualify.

Do you have any favourites for building up the XP?

This morning after joining a tourny I was then presented with the recaptcha thingmebobbiewhatsit but instead of touching it I hit the back button a few times then re-followed back to the tourney I was entered in and I entered no prob. I've had to do that a few times but it seems the best way it to avoid actually defaulting is to avoid attempting to complete capture.
Its worked so far for me this past hour

Saw a bunch had trouble playing via mobile aswell yesterday.

Ive had the screen appear once today about 2 hours ago, but since then nothing.

Round friends yesterday and his flopped on laptop and mine on mobile carried on for about 20 mins.

Then both flopped but mobile back up before his.
