Videoslots payout problem - waiting two months

After sending bank statements with payslips for 3 months, and PayPal statements they are still refusing to pay me and they have also stopped replying to emails. every time I go on live chat support they keep telling me to wait and weeks have. gone by and no news. can anyone tell me if its worth waiting or just to get lawyers involved as. I have collected evidence of mis doing and poor communication, and they have locked my account without reason, they are refusing to pay. this has being going on for nearly 2 months and nothing has changed since it started.

Might as well reply.

First if you want help best to send a PM to their Rep about it. They are on daily. @Team.Videoslots tagged so they see thread as well.

They will ask you to email them with details. Wait for reply probably same day.

That way you have gave them a chance to respond saves you getting told you should have read the rules and contacted Rep first.

Then if you are not satisfied by their reply which will probably be quick you can launch a PAB . Long as you are sure you have done no wrong you should get paid okay and they will Reply to Max about the PAB. A lot cheaper and quicker than thinking about lawyers. Guessing it must be a large sum or be no point in even thinking legal route.
